Marky was in my view what every sales person should be polite cheerful helpful but remaining in the background until required. He was able to answer all our questions and give advice on all options we were looking at. A very satisfying experience.

Clarence Paul at Furniture Village in High Wycombe was doing a great job of giving customers the time they needed, despite working alone. He was friendly, offered me a drink and didn't rush through the process of me ordering furniture. He was very patient, professional and easy to talk to - 5/5!

Ordering experience in-store was easy, couldn’t have been more than 15 mins. Accommodated our need to reschedule our delivery after our completion date moved (thanks Stewart!). Also shoutout to Joe and JT who delivered our sofas in a timely manner, built with care, and took away the cardboard boxes and all the other rubbish with them. Can’t fault the service. On top of that, the sofas are lush, high quality and definitely feels like it will last us a long time

Nadia was very patient as I tried out every mattress in the store. She contacted the various manufacturers to ask about a non-standard size, and when I did choose the right mattress, she included a 'bespoke' pillow for free.

Clarence, who served us, was extremely polite and helpful. We explained what we wanted and he gave advice, but did not crowd or try to push us towards a particular product.
We will certainly return if we need other items of furniture.
