I wasn't pressured in buying anything
And sales person ,Simon routledge was great he took his time and made feeel at ease, I ended up buying the sofa bed I wanted, it was a great experience ,si thank you

After visiting several other retailers looking for furniture it was nice to walk into Furniture Village and have a great choice of quality sofas ,designs and colours as we had little or no idea what we were looking for before today .
Simon our sales person was amazing .
Not pushy but patient and explained everything ,nothing was too much trouble .
We found what we wanted at a good price and couldn't ask for more .
No wonder they get 4.8 on Trust Pilot .

Professional and friendly staff, great store with lots of choices

Friendly and helpful staff, Bill was brilliant, knowledgeable and made a great coffee. Only a 4 week lead time on the furniture which is really useful for us. A great selection of furniture to choose from.

Bill the sales person was very polite and helpful, he was very knowledgeable about the sofa we bought. He was helpful but not pushy as some sales people can be. I am really looking forward to receiving my sofa, thank you.

Very good service from entering the shop to leaving salesman had good knowledge of what he was selling which we found reassuring

Nice to visit a store where the staff are not pushy but are helpful and courteous. Found and ordered what we wanted but cannot comment more than that because delivery time is approx 8 weeks.

The fact that the young lady (elizabeth borman) was talking too was really polite, easy to talk too, exsplained every thing to make me understand and the fact that you could have different colours to suit me was perfect

Gemma was very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble

Was going in for a look only was going to visit all the suite outlets. Saw one in here ticked all boxes. So ordered it.
NO pushy sales people wee we’re left to browse. Can recommend this 100%

Yet again we have been well looked after by Gemma and added to our earlier purchases to complete our living space. Can’t fault the service & quality of the furniture.

Bill the salesman was very friendly and not pushy he explained in great detail about the sofa and chair we were thinking about purchasing in easy to understand terms

Just had my delivery of my last two dinning chairs was really impressed with Mike and Jamie the delivery men were quick and efficient there service was brilliant thankyou to you both

We visited Furniture Village on three occasions before choosing a suite. We were always greeted warmly and offered coffee. Simon who we delt with on all three occasions was professional and friendly. On our last visit we were quite late, but there was no rush to purchase and finalized the deal, we ended up being 30 minutes after closing time.
We purchased our last suite from Furniture Village and will probably do so again in the future.

Helpful, friendly staff and an extensive range of styles/options.

a severe lack of updates regarding our faulty bed. We reported a leg broke on it at the start of February, unable to be fixed we was told a new one was ordered, this done by the manufacturer and the customer service team. We have spoken with numerous members of the Hull store and still get no helpful updates with our lack of working bed!

Latest was when me and my partner visited Saturday 15th, and was promised a call back from a manager who was speaking with the bed buyer. The manager did very well to avoid our complaints and concerns but still explained to us both, with no benefit, who this gent was he was meeting with on Monday. 

I couldn't tell you what was discussed at this meeting as I have heard nothing again from said manager. No updates from the manufacturer, nothing from the customer service team and nothing from the store. 

This level of customer service is diabolical, we spent £1200 and within 18 months a defect occurred (things happen) but the after care from everyone involved with this has been worse than appalling

Excellent service from walking through the door to ordering the chair and sofa

Found just what I wanted , good selection & price . Sales person was really helpful without being pushy!

The lady that served us was very good, told her our requirements and came up with exactly what we wanted. 10 out of 10 to a lovely lady who treated us well.
