Excellent service from very friendly staff always enjoy going into the store staff always helpful and happy

The staff are so helpful not pushy but there if you need help

We were greeted by a lovely sales person, Gemma, who offered us hot drinks. We explained that we had previously bought Laz y Boy suites 16 years ago. She showed us something that we may be interested in which is of similar build to our old suite. She wasn’t pushy, left us to browse the store, and then showed us the Hollywood set. It turned out to be the perfect suite we needed. She then showed us around the bed section, and did us a fantastic deal on both the suite and the bed and mattress. We really couldn’t be happier. Top service. Congratulations Gemma.

We liked how we wasn’t hounded as soon as we walked in. We was asked if we wanted a drink or cookie and if we needed help to just ask.
That instantly made us feel at ease and happy, no one forcing a sale on us.
The lady that helped us was Elizabeth, she was absolutely brilliant, helpful and so approachable.

Great warm and friendly staff, very knowledgeable

Our dining set was delivered almost 3 months ago, but unfortunately the table has a factory defect and cannot be used when extended/opened.

I contacted customer service several times, but despite many promises, there is still no solution while I continue paying for this very expensive furniture.

To be fair, the staff in the store were kind and the delivery team did a good job. However, at the moment I basically have an expensive table that is unusable.

BILL THE SALESMAN GAVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION THAT I REQUIRED TO CHOOSE THE SOFA FOR ME AND HE LEFT ME TO LOOK AROUND. NOT PUSHY LIKE SOME PLACES THAT I HAVE BEEN. THE COMOANY ALSO GIVE A 20YR GUARANTEE . I DECIDED TO BUY AND WHAT A LOVELY MAN BILL IS.

Ordering in the shop was good and worth 5stars but the warehouse when delivery was due let them down. We were given that still in container so then given following Saturday that got cancelled due to sofa been stuck in Milton Keynes and then finally arrived at our house on 3rd delivery date. The 2 delivery lads were great very professional give them 5 stars

Call handled quickly and efficienly. Good information on the process required. Call handler was friendly throughout the call this morning. E mails sent promptly.

Saw what we wanted and Gemma sorted the rest. Given a lovely coffee and cookie whilst paperwork was sorted.

We cannot fault our experience with furniture village St Andrews Quay store Hull . Thr female store assistant that served us on 16/05/2026 was really helpful and gave us some good ideas for the sofas we were looking at, she was not pushy in any way , unlike several of the other stores were that we had visited prior to furniture village . She gave us time to think about our choice and We were given a very good deal . Very happy with our purchase and cant wait for them to be delivrred

Once we decided on the chairs we wanted, it only took a week for them to be delivered which was a very quick service. I would recommend them as high quality and quality service.

From when we first went into the store to buy our furniture the whole experience with all the sales staff for a great experience , they were all great and so helpful , when the furniture arrived we had Ben and Tom who came in and assembled all our furniture , took great care of our furniture removed boots when inside our home even without asking which was so kind ,
