Furniture Village - Ipswich レビュー 

Welcomed on arrival to the store. We were given time to walk around and have a look at different items. When we had an idea, Rachael offered to help. We chose a table after Rachael showed us some similar items but didn’t like the chairs so she let us try different chairs with the table we wanted before we agreed on what we would purchase.

Keith at Ipswich was fantastic and very knowledgeable.
Using his expertise we ordered a new table and chairs and we were impressed with the amount of time he afforded us. Nothing was to much trouble, his customer service was exceptional!
We would have no hesitation in recommending Furniture Village at Ipswich and especially Keith.

Keith the sales person was great, not pushy, knows his stuff and, took us through everything we needed to know before we purchased. Thank you.

I bought a sofa bed on 11/6/26. I was served by Rachael who was friendly and professional. I will get the product delivered in 10 weeks as it’s made to order so I can’t comment on the product yet

Speak to Chris in the ipswich store…he will give you best customer service, help, advice and always welcome customers with a smile. I’ve dealt with Chris many times and he gives me the best possible deal, makes me feel like a valued customer and nothing is too much trouble. I have never been in one of these before, but was a nice surprise to find a gentleman called Craig super friendly and not pushy, he asked the right questions and we sorted out a mutual deal, I bought my bed on the spot there and then, he also made me a coffee, a nice touch as always, I would definitely come here again, super service and really nice quality item

Rachel (sales assistant) was very helpful making it very clear what our options were and the costs involved. She spent time with us and never rushed us to make a decision. In fact she went above and beyond.

We were acknowledge and allowed to walk around without pressure. After selection the salesperson then gave us further details on the unit. He the ran through to delivery and costs which were acceptable and completed the purchase.

One of our chairs was delivered damaged and we were told someone would be in touch to arrange a replacement. We have heard no more.

Craig was very helpful in explaining all the options in relation to an extendable dining table we wanted to buy.

We went into Furniture Village needing a couple of new sofas. We knew exactly what we wanted and Craig was excellent in showing us the possibilities. Before long we found the exact size, shape, colour and came away having ordered our perfect sofas! No need to trawl round the other stores! Thanks Craig!
