What lovely staff- Chris in the Ipswich branch went above and beyond to help- offered us drinks & cookies and explained the process of the finance super easily as we were unsure but made sure we were comfortable going through with it. Super lovely man and very helpful !

Excellent service, very knowledgeable salesman

Sheikh welcomed us as soon as we arrived in store, provided advice and guidance on the bedroom furniture we intended to purchase. We did not feel at all pressured into purchasing the furniture. He provided excellent customer service and knowledge of the products he was selling. It was a very stress free process from start to finish and I would definitely recommend Sheikh to other potential customers.

Well handled but slow initial answer to the call. Very pleasant well mannered lady who I spoke to. Let's hope the outcome to my problem is as good and that the specialist responds and deals as efficiently.

I made a purchase on the second visit to the store. I was impressed that we were greeted then referred to the person we saw on the first visit.
Keith Shepherd is a genuinely professional, intelligent, knowledgeable and thoughtful salesman who communicates well without the ‘hard sell’ attitude that we experienced in some other stores.
I will certainly return when in the area if I have a need for other pieces of furniture.

Sheik was a fantastic help so accommodating and Mo spent a long time making sure we considered all the important aspects we needed to get the perfect sofa. A company that really values Customer loyalty and goes the extra mile to make you a happy Customer.

Excellent customer service by Rachael B at the Ipswich branch when purchasing a new sofa. Helped us throughout the process and explained where the costs could be saved between electric recliners and fabric types. Really helpful when negotiating the finance length.

I brought the Elegante marble dining table and 6 chairs,
We are very happy with our purchase. Salesman was very nice and helpful, he gave me free delivery and a discount on the after care kit. F/V have a policy that if the price goes down before you take delivery then you can have it at the lower price. Well that happened to me,so I went to the store only to be told by the manager, you had free delivery and a discount on the care kit.. Does F/V think that is right. The price drop was £96

staff are so friendly and helpful

I went to Furniture Village with my daughter to look for a sofa. Because we have limited space, it was not easy to choose one. The staff were very patient and helpful. Mo explained everything clearly and gave us good advice.
They even offered us coffee and cookies, which was nice.
Overall, a good experience. Thank you to the team!

Amazing service from the store chris was amazing. Delivery was on time a driver was brilliant

Our new dining table was delivered but the delivery men could not fix the legs so we were left with no usable table, Although the delivery men reported the fault to the depot nobody contacted me and I was not able to make contact with the suppliers through the automated telephone system. I then contacted the shop direct and a very helpful lady at the shop said she would get it sorted and ring me back. This she did within 30 mins. and confirmed to me that the shop fitter would come that evening. He did so out of hours. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time. Had the shop staff not intervened I suspect I would have been without a table for some time. Snags happen in the best organizations but the best ones fix them without delay. In this case full credit must go to the shop lady and the fitter for their prompt actions.

We have a problem with some dining chairs and I have contacted customer care, where Natalie has taken it upon herself to get the matter looked into.
Hopefully this problem can be rectified.

Fantastic experience today purchasing a dining table & chairs, even being able to take 2 wood samples home to make sure i made the right decision, which was so important to me. Everything was fully explained so i made the best choice for what i wanted. Great products, good value & fantastic customer service. Cant wait to get my new table & chairs now!
