Finally got our new corner sofa from Furniture Village today 🚚💨 Honestly, we fell in love instantly! The colour is beautiful, fabric feels lovely and plush, and it’s so comfortable to relax on. Looks way nicer in real life! From helpful staff to proper delivery – everything went smoothly. We really like it and fully trust Furniture Village for quality furniture. Mo was very helpful during our visit, from taking furniture to the window so we could see the colour clearly and helping with measurements, so we could make the right choice.
Drinks and cookies offered also, a great touch as choosing furniture can take time.

My wife and I bought a 3-seater power sofa with power headrests and heated seats, and a power recliner chair with a heated seat. We ordered this furniture in December 2025, and it arrived in March 2026. The delivery team set it up, then went to try the sofa and chair, but discovered they hadn't set the furniture up correctly. So we put it right and tried the sofa out, we could not believe what we found the left hand side of the sofa by the arm sank there was any padding there so what we done was to phone the store at Fosse Park Leicester. they sent someone out to look at the furniture anyway when he came he checked everything over we then told him to sit on the sofa. He said, " Yes, there is something wrong with it he said he would write a report, and we would have a copy. we got the report back saying everything was ok could not believe it, we went over to the store and they said they would look into it well what a joke they made out they were concerned but all the time they were fobbing us off even the manager at the store was smirking at us i will ever use Furniture Village again the furniture is cheaply made although it cost us £3600 just be careful folks because all they are are cheap sales people

Mo was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of a new mattress and desk. He took the time to explain all the details thoroughly making sure we was informed through every step. I would highly recommended speaking to Mo when visiting Furniture village you will not be disappointed!

Bought a sofa the shop staff at the Leicester branch was brilliant and delivery staff were fantastic.
We also bought 2 wardrobes for 2 bedrooms with sliding doors
The furniture village contractors they use to fit the wardrobes were terrible, taking a chunk out of our newly painted room in one bedroom and the other bedroom they leaned all the wardrobes against the wall damaging the paint work again. So I needed up having to fill and repaint 2 bedroom walls.
The wardrobes came with 3 damaged doors 1 damaged end panel which are due to replaced and refitted in 3 weeks time.
The slow door shutter also went wrong after 4 days days of using it.
Been onto the customer services phone line at furniture village, really nice polite and friendly but not really taking ownership and dealing with the damage just blaming the contractor. But we are at the moment trying them to take ownership having paid them thousands.
