Salesman was very informative and helpful. He was polite and friendly, listened to all my needs and answered all my questions.

Excellent salesman . Approached us and supplied all the information we asked for . He told us to take our time to decide , which took the pressure off us .

My ottoman divan bed was delivered this morning and the delivery guys were cool and the installation was almost perfect
Unfortunately. Some screws couldn’t fit into the bed and I find it weird but the delivery guys said it shouldn’t be a problem and I thought to comment if I can get any help

Mo that helped was very friendly explained everything how long it would take for furniture to arrive, very professional.

Mauricio was efficient and knowledgeable on showing us our options when purchasing our sofa and chair. Also much appreciated were the coffees and cookies . He made our experience first class , without his guidance we would not have purchased ,as I thought the prices were a bit high.

Staff very helpful going through all the options for the sofa and chair combinations we were looking at.

In particular Irina was excellent in getting quote put together so we could differentiate between styles.

We had been thinking of replacing some lounge furniture for a while but did not know what style we wanted. We were met on entering the store and shown immediately to the type of furniture we were looking for. The young lady was very helpful but not overpowering, and when we decided to buy, she was again very helpful.

I had such a great experience with Irina. She answered all of my questions and provided great service. Had a very good experience.

Great products with fantastic service. We always see the same sales lady and she is exceptional.

Hidden delivery charges.
I saw the rug I liked in store and the lady that worked there wasn't very helpful and told me they don't keep them in stock they have to be ordered it online. Then I saw I had an extra £10 to spend on delivery!

Mo was so helpful, he remembered us from our initial meeting and was knowledgeable about the bedroom, dining and lounge furniture we were interested in. He explained ordering and delivery options clearly.

Tejal was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to what we were looking for and offered help and suggestions. She did not hurry us at all and left us to consider the information before we came to a decision. She was always available for questions but did not pressure us at all. The showroom was well laid out, with lots of different sofas to look at and on a hot day was well air conditioned. The coffee and cookie were good too!! We very rarely buy new sofas but Tejal was excellent in helping us arrive at a decision. We look forward to receiving our purchases soon.
