Excellent selection of Sofas'. Sales lady had a in-depth knowledge of the products available and we were treated respectfully. Tea provided was very nice as was its accompanying cookie.
Have bought from this chain before with no problems.

We thought that the Norwich store was a welcoming & well layed out with a multitude of furniture displayed. There were very helpful sales staff, who were able to help us decide on our lounge sofa & chair requirements, without any pressurised sales techniques. We decided on G Plan & Sales Manager Shane explained the furniture options available, completed the sale & was excellent in explaining payment plans & delivery times. On delivery the staff respected our home, polite & installed our new furniture with care, assembled it & explained its various reclining functions. We have previously bought furniture & accessories from Furniture Village in Norwich & have always be very pleased with their quality displays & customer service. Many thanks.

I had been into store several times while doing the rounds between different sofa shops and comparing sofas, deciding which one I wanted, I ultimately decided on the Sloane sofa. I unfortunately can’t remember the name of the lady who served us, but she was super helpful and professional. I had my 7 year old daughter with me when I placed the order and she was fab with talking to her and including her in the process aswell, and she was very happy to of been given a cookie to eat too. I haven’t received the sofa yet as I only ordered a week ago but I am hoping it lives up to expectations ☺️

I’ve purchased a sofa bed also a three seater and a two seater sofa. The quality of their stuff is so good. We have had that furniture for 14 years and it’s built so solid and lasted so well the springs have just started to go but the leather is still perfect. We have now ordered another 22 seaters and we are waiting for them to be delivered today hopefully label last as long as the others did would always recommend people to go to furniture village as they are so good.

Came in looking for some dining chairs. Helen was very helpful didn't pressure us but gave us some handy advice.

Brought some chairs and buying process was very smooth

We bought an Ariana 4 seater and 2 seater in August 2024. Within 16 months the cushions were dipping and not holding their shape. This was reported and inspected, we were told that it was wear and tear but the engineer said this was of very poor quality and he would not have expected this to show signs of wear in such a short period of time.
We spoke to customer service who now refuse to help and the store said there is nothing they can do to help.
Be very wary of buying from this company as they are not interested in supporting customers when an issue arises. We now find ourselves looking for a replacement as a result of very poor quality goods.

Amazing service as always friendly great products and a free coffee and a cookie to make you feel like your at home.

We ordered the genius sofa the Norwich branch on 10/01/2026. We paid a deposit and were sold the sofa with all 4 seats being heated, reclining, lumbar supports and adjustable head rests.
It wasn't until the 17th of Feb that we received an email to inform us that the sofa we ordered was only available with 2 heated seats, and our order had been cancelled.
Over 4 weeks to inform us the product we ordered was not available is ridiculous.
I have complained to the Norwich branch, and asked for a price reduction to reflect the fact that we will now only be getting 2 heated seats instead of 4.
Additionally we have a delivery time 2 months later than expected.
My request for a price reduction was declined, with the manager only offering a full refund, moaning about how he had lost his commission, and nearly got the sack over this order.
Well maybe he should get the sack, as this is a clear breach of contract, and his level of professionalism begs a serious question.
The goods do not match the description and I am exercising my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I have stated in an email that I would like to keep the item with a fair partial reduction to reflect the fact that 2 of the chairs will now not be heated.

I sent an email 12 days ago to customer service and did not receive a reply.
Since posting this review the manger called me straight away, again stating that furniture village will only cancel the order, and offer a refund.

Update.

After some lengthy negotiations, furniture village have agreed to knock £100 off the order, and supply a temp sofa as a good will gesture.

Very helpful sales assistant in store .
Super fast delivery & the delivery service guys were very friendly had the sofa put together in a jiffy . All working parts checked & packaging taken away (except for the fleecy bags which I asked to keep for the garden 😊).
I would recommend Furniture Village , Norwich to anyone wishing an all round excellent service.

Friendly staff, good selection and reasonable prices

The young salesman Brandon Winkworth at sprowston retail park was very nice he made us feel comfortable and we spoke about our life’s so he then could point us to the sofa we needed and also loved
