I’m very happy with the service so far

I bought a sofa a few years ago & love it. Just moved house and want to add a foot-stall to the room. Looked on the site for what I ordered. They still have but has a different name, fine no issue, happy I can get one. Online it said in stock, collection/delivery is 5 weeks so I called up to say that I already have the sofa and happy to take delivery as soon as possible for it. Felt that the lady on the call very abrupt and just said “it’s made in the uk & made to order” there is ways of saying things to people, even if she could have put a note on the order to say “customer ready to take delivery as soon as item is ready” would have been helpful. Anyway hopefully I will be updating this when the product arrives and I have my feet up!

Online order made. Chat facility useful though the first time I contacted them (Lauren Barnes FVOnline4, 8 May) they disconnected after I’d asked for a swatch and no more contact was received.
I was going to go elsewhere however I ended up ordering without assistance a few weeks later which was relatively easy.

I ordered 8 dining chairs online on the last day of the sale and was offered a promotional discount. I could not see how to use this code and so I emailed Customer Services and Katie has replied saying that the discount has been reimbursed.
I cannot comment on the chairs or delivery as they have not been delivered yet.

Bought on-line. Easy to order and product was as described and was delivered within the stated timeframe. I thought the delivery charge was a little high, but the delivery guys were professional, tidy and friendly. They put the furniture together fairly quickly and removed all the packaging.

Really good sort and filter so I could narrow down the list to choose from. Great selection and description of each. Particularly liked the clear dimensions box on each page

I received a 50% off delivery charge code from FV but it would not copy, paste or work - what a shame!

Ordered a rug online only to be emailed days later to say its no longer in stock. Dont advertise something you cant fulfill on.

Katie and cam looked after me from start to finish ..keeping me informed all the way..

Communication awful , i have now called , emailed and direct chat several times to chase up order , been given the absolute run around ! Told someone will call me back noting as yet

Update furniture village have since been in touch to provide a delivery date

Unfortunately I can only go on my experience thus far as my order has up to a 12 week delivery. So far it was easy to order online and emails came down promptly.

I orders 3 cushions: only 1 was delivered

Katie was very polite, professional and accommodating.

We have been deliberating buying these for some time - disappointed we could not view them locally but order process was easy and delivery time stipulated was good. Looking forward to a smooth delivery experience in due course. Excellent price.

It’s been a while since I placed my order. I haven’t received it, have not had any communication apart from letting me know it’s “delayed”. Surely you can do better
