Our Sofa journey with Furniture Village Peterborough was Excellent start to finish. Stephen Allgar was friendly and mindful. We were given space and time to make our decision which involved a couple of visits to the store. We had Fabric samples delivered to allow us to ensure the quality and colours we were considering would work and asses the appearance in various light conditions. We returned today to place our order and were pleasantly surprised with the extras offered with no additional cost. We made the decision to add additional seats to deliver a bespoke finish. Thank you Stephen for your Fantastic service start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow, what can I even say! Everyone we dealt with was exceptional, but Matthew was absolutely fantastic!

Even though we have a store closer to us, we decided to visit this one to explore some different collections, and we’re so glad we did. The customer service from the whole team was outstanding, and Matthew in particular went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything.

He was incredibly patient, explained all the little details clearly, and gave us practical advice rather than simply trying to make a sale. You could genuinely tell that he cared about helping us make the right choice.

It was such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially Matthew, for making our visit so memorable. We would definitely recommend this store! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Graham was so helpful when looking to purchase our new sofa! By far the best salesman in there. And made it a very nice experience!

Decided to visit Peterborough branch as wasn't convinced I was being told correct information at Cambridge and it turns out o was right. Bought two sofas that I had been told could be made in bespoke measurements but this wasn't the case. Kwok spent ages making sure that I was given correct information Spent time without hassle or hard sell going through lots of combinations so eventually I was able to choose correct ones for my lounge Friendly and knowledgeable and gave me confidence to buy

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly, and done her upmost towards a satisfactory conclusion

On entering the store we met Fiona, the Sales Person. She was welcoming and friendly and had a lovely attitude.
She was also very helpful.
We now look forward to having our new settee and chair.

A very efficient service today and day before. Both the manager and Graeme went the extra mile to give us opportunity to choose a colour to match our new paintwork. A lovely pine green. An offer on a two seater sofa meant we could purchase the two we needed. Firm and supportive with recliner and an attractive discount. Such a pity the three month wait. Thank you gentlemen for your considered help and support.

I visited Furniture Village searching for a new sofa and wow, what a brilliant experience. I met the branch manager, sales manager and was advised by my sales consultant on materials, styles, makes/models and aftercare. It was how shopping for furniture should be, no pressure and no hard sell, no salesman following you around. If you’re looking for the right team to sell you furniture then look no further, they are definitely worth a visit.
