Excellent service and support from Dave today. His knowledge and support was invaluable as we navigated through the store. We will be using furniture village again and asking for Dave’ support

Good quality furniture at competitive price, and knowledgeable staff. Nowhere else came close. Carolyn was very helpful, knowledgeable without being pushy and thereby secured our custom.

Went to furniture village in capital centre to get a mattress.

Spoke to kevin and he was very professional and very informative and answered all my questioned.

Managed to settle on a mattress and kevin has been with me since th moment I walked into the store to point of sales

Jay has been an excellent help in choosing the sofa that would fit comfortably in our home.. he was very lovely and well mannered, he is an amazing salesman… thank you Jay!!

We bought a dining table and 6 chairs. Andy our sales assistant, took us through the pros and cons of the table IE scratch resistant etc. Andy was very friendly and very knowledgeable

Great experience here. Carolyn was more than helpful. She was knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and she wasn’t pushy in the slightest. Couldn’t have had a better experience in store & even returned on a day that she would be in purely so we could buy our new mattress with her as she was just overall brilliant.

Went to the store yesterday to look for a leather recliner settee. I must say a special thank you to Abdul Hasim - the Sales Consultant who assisted us. He was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable about the items we were interested in without applying any pressure to buy. Once we made our decision he made the purchasing process very easy and explained everything to us. Excellent customer service provided and will definitely look out for him next time we visit the store.

I’d highly recommend Dave! He was absolutely brilliant in helping me choose and buy my dining table and six chairs. He was friendly, helpful and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my choice. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free.

Good morning. I phoned the After Care Dept at Furniture Village today with an enquiry following delivery of my new sofa and armchair one week ago and spoke to Donna.
I must say Donna was marvellous, she was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. She took time with me and has sent me a very useful email for my information, and requested that in a further week time to take some photos of the possible issue I have with one part of the seat to my sofa which I shall do.
I would like to thank Donna very much for all her assistance.
