Plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Left us to browse but offered help. Mark was very knowledgeable about the products

We were served by Jimmy in the Reading store. He was very friendly and chatty and helped us pick out a new suite for our lounge.

Bought a sofa with chaise end, noticed straight away way cushions were under filled and chaise end over filled! They sent two engineers out one said over filled, but furniture village said they wouldn’t be doing anything! Very rude customer service lady! Then I complained to the company they sent out and they sent a second engineer out who told me to sit more in the overfilled end!!!! Got nowhere! Got a shoddy sofa I paid over 2k for

Great service from viewing the sofa in store to the delivery by Jay and Khush. The delivery date was well communicated and the team delivered the sofa, positioned it, removed all the packaging and were really professional. I always use Furniture Village as the quality and service is excellent.

Salesman Jimmy Carey was very good, very helpful. There was also a large range of sofas to try.

Went i. Looking for dining room chairs got 4. Allso brought Bedroom furniture.

Arrived when they said fitted by 2 fantastic staff Andy and Khush who were very industrial and left the place as they found it. Highly recommend this company and staff Keith Taylor

We were greeted by Jimmy in a friendly and professional manner, he took us to the Sofa what we had researched online. Jimmy explained the controls on sofa and different leather and furniture options he then offered us tea and biscuits to give us time to decide and at no point we didn’t feel pressured. It was an absolutely pleasure to meet Jimmy.

Walking into Furniture village as first time buyers was intimidating with thr huge outlet and so many display pieces!! Eventually we left as a happy customer having secured really good deals on our purchase and it was all due to Mr. Mo who was such a humble, patient person and helped us clarify all our doubts, gave good advice and no hard selling !! We are delighted to leave this review because of his top notch customer service ! Thank You Mo.

Very friendly and helpful salesman (Mo) who demonstrated chairs. Delivery man phoned to make appointment for delivery. Have bought from you before so know quality of your furniture. Good parking and happy with everything

Wish there was zero stars, too much to say as my issue has been going on for so long, needless to say even after promises made the most simplest of things seem to be too hard for this Company! my replacement sofa is arriving today (hopefully) & this will be the last time I ever use this Company

Paid in cash for our sofa. Ordered 17th February 2026. Noticed the pattern being deformed by bobbling that we were not informed about and splits to a side of one cushion this was about 3 months after delivery. Informed Furniture village someone came out today but said the bobbling is to be expected and should have been warned which we weren't. The splits he has repaired but still not happy with the result. A nearly new sofa should not be in this state and are advised to keep covers over it. So why bother choosing a colour if you have to keep it covered. This sofa we would not have chosen if we knew it would look like this after only 3 months what's it going to be like in a year it cost £2500 so not cheap and have had a sofa from here before so expected better.

Jimmy was great when we ended up buying a new sofa on a bit of a whim! Made the whole process very quick and easy even with our indecisiveness on colour choices

The calm and understated sales approach giving us time to consider all our options without pressure. Mo was a charming contact at the Reading branch. The ordering and deposit process was straightforward. Delivery was suggested at some 2-4 weeks, but came within 1-2.
The installation of the table and chairs was smooth and ALL packaging cleared from the site. Ilham & Mushi were quick and efficient. With clear instructions and advice on using the levelling of the table (& other features) offered.
Overall a seamless and professional service. Thanks!!👍
