Furniture Village - RFC Bristol レビュー

Sofas arrived by the date promised.
Delivery was well communicated. Guys doing the delivery put it all together and cleared up afterwards.

Lukasz and Arthur were a great help. Couldn't recommend enough.

Friendly and efficient service, they took the time to explain the table mechanism, how to best move it and were overall excellent.

I just had my sofa delivered and I wanted to leave a huge thank you to Matt and Jake. They were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional throughout the entire delivery. They handled the heavy lifting carefully, kept a great attitude, and made the whole experience completely stress-free. Excellent customer service from a top team—thank you both!

apart from arriving at the crack of dawn (no offence to dawn) joe and robbie were amazing. polite and swift, exemplary service.

Sanch and Sean made such a good job with the delivery of my bed. They let me know when they would be arriving by a phone call 20 minutes before they arrived

Sanch put a rug down straightaway in the entrance to my home , they took off their shoes once inside the home, the bed was put together really quick. They were respectful and left no mess at all.
Thanks both of you.

Furniture arrived today and just as comfortable as in the showroom! We received our advance courtesy phone call and our delivery was slightly early which was a bonus for us. Two very polite and pleasant men, Joe and Robbie put our recliners together quickly whilst taking care and checking all working properly.
The whole process, from the salesman who quickly understood our requirements to the enjoyment of our new furniture has been highly professional. We are very satisfied customers!

They were on time. More importantly polite and efficient

I had a phone call from the delivery guys letting me now their arrival time. Fred and Pete were probably the nicest delivery men I’ve ever had. They took their shoes off due to the rain and were very aware of my home. They didn’t damage any paintwork or the floors while bringing in and putting the furniture together. Extremely careful and friendly. They checked everything worked, and cleared up and took all the rubbish with them. What a great service. Thanks guys.
