We were welcomed by Salim Hasnat in the Romford ‘Gallows Corner’. A very humble, friendly and extremely knowledgeable advisor. He was instrumental in our decision when ordering a leather suite for our home. We received exceptional customer service. We cannot comment on the quality of the suite until delivery, but we are confident it will meet our expectations.

The staff at the showroom were very helpful and professional. The installers were very good. Our furniture is top rate, they were delivered and installed promptly as promised.

Visited Furniture Village looking for a three piece suite.Salesman Ali Hamza asked if we needed help,he was not at all pushy or overbearing but very helpful and knowledgeable, helping us to make our own decisions in our time without any pressure from him.He found a small colour sample for us to take home and we returned the following day and placed our order.Ali explained everything about delivery and guarantees,we could not have been more satisfied.

I have an issue with my settee and made a call to ask if it could be looked onto. Spoke to Billy who was polite and efficient and sorting a technician to come an fix the problem. Well done Billy 👏

I visited the Romford branch last week with my husband to browse in the hopes of at least getting some ideas as we did not expect to find anything to buy. Luckily we stumbled on the most amazing sales rep - Ali who helped us immensely and solved every single issue we had. We ended up buying an amazing sofa set and the most exquisite marble dining table at very good prices. I highly recommend the Romford branch of Furniture village and Ali in particular - I love the gifts we received as well! Thank you Ali!

I took my elderly parents to this company to buy a new bed, the man who served was Swarn Marwaha at gallows corner Romford branch. He was so kind and helpful and was accommodating to us. I highly recommend this branch and the staff there.

I contacted the Care Team on 1/7/26 regarding some issues I had with the bar stools I had bought. I was advised to send in a video - which I did. Nil resposne. I contacted them again on 2/7 - by the way the wait time to get connected is 15-20 minutes. Having requested a call back, there was no response! Today it s 27/7 and no response. This is their Customer Care Service! Useless! I had to resort to a local handyman to sort out the issue.

I received excellent customer service from Salim. I visited yesterday and again today, and Salim shared his expert knowledge on tables, sofas and chairs. I was able to get everything to meet my familys needs. Samil provided great customer service. He is an excellent sales man and ill certainly be back. T Clair.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to Bradley and Lee, who were the two Furniture Village delivery gentlemen who delivered my sofas on 21/07/2026.

They were exceptionally professional, polite, and courteous from the moment they arrived. They handled my furniture with great care, showed respect for my home, and worked efficiently as a team.
Nothing was too much trouble, and they made what had previously been a stressful experience completely hassle-free.

This delivery was in stark contrast to a previous delivery team from Dartford, who were unable to complete the delivery and returned my sofas. Today’s team demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, patience, and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Thanks to their expertise and positive attitude, my sofas were delivered and positioned perfectly without any issues.

Furniture Village should be very proud to have employees of such a high standard. They are a real credit to the company, and I hope their hard work, professionalism, and dedication are recognised. We walked in with no expectation to purchase anything but after seeing the quality they offer, the incredible prices and offers and the superlative level of service Ali provides. He goes above and beyond the sales pitch and actually cares for you and is genuinely one of the nicest guys. I would return to that place anytime just to have a chat with him. I ended up buying a 2 piece sofa set and an amazing table and I am exceptionally frugal by nature but this is how good the deals and the service were. I won't ever go anywhere else to buy my furniture! Highly recommended! Amazing staff, outstanding customer service, great deals and very good quality!
