Alan at Rugby Furniture village is the nicest man i think I've ever met. No hard sell but informative and helpful. Insightful in his recommendations and would return just because of him. An absolute asset to Furniture Village who should win sales and service person of the year. Hiren the manager was lovely as well. Good quality and distinctive furniture at a reasonable price. Brilliant!

Raj and Andy were fantastic

Raj Ahmed at the Rugby Furniture Village store was excellent. We had a restricted width to work with, and he helped us find a sofa bed that actually fit rather than pushing standard options. He was knowledgeable about the mechanism quality and made sure we understood the protective cover included, covering mattress, springs, and leather. Clear, honest advice throughout — highly recommend asking for him at this branch. Purchased in July 2026, delivery expected in about a month. Looking forward to receiving the delivery.
