Andy the sales consultant was cheerful, helpful & informative. A very good all round experience.

We were at the store the day before and felt harassed by a member of staff who continued to follow us around the store and even followed us upstairs after we had politely more than once said we would ask if we needed assistance.
We did decide to come back the next day and Andy Paz greeted us and recognised us from the day before, he said he was there to help and then left us to it.

Once we had agreed on the sofa we asked him to help and he was very knowledgeable. We ended up buying a dining table and chairs, bar stools and a new bed and mattress.

He gave us the space and the time we needed there was no rush and we felt valued.

We are able to find the bed frame and mattress as per our requirements. The best part is we could customise the bed frame as per our choice without any additional cost.
Company has offered free delivery and installation which is really a plus point.
Greg has made the entire process simple for us and helped us to come to a conclusion with a specific product.

There was a great choice of quality furniture on display but it was the customer service that made my experience exceptional.
Alan, the sales rep went above and beyond in terms of help and assistance - even letting me leave a deposit so that I could take a dining chair home to see if it matched my existing table (after I hearing about my very bad online experience with another company).
I’m happy to say it was a great match and the dining chairs were very competitively priced. One very happy customer!

Great shopping experience in Furniture Village, Rugby. Hiran, Raj and Andy were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and refreshingly not the typical pushy furniture salespeople. They gave us plenty of space to browse while still being available to answer any questions. A very well laid out store with a great selection of sofas. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Furniture Village, Rugby to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service.

We shopped for a new mattress today at the Rugby Elliot’s field branch. We found Greg very helpful & knowledgeable, not at all pushy!

Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service from Furniture Village.
I purchased an Mlily Hybrid Gel 3000 mattress in November 2024, and within around one year of normal use the mattress became significantly saggy with uneven firmness. Some areas remain firm while other areas sink badly, and even the edges collapse when sitting. The mattress is now uncomfortable and no longer provides proper support.
I reported the issue and provided photo/video evidence. A technician visited, but the company relied entirely on the report stating there was “no fault” and refused any replacement, repair, or refund.
What is most disappointing is not just the mattress quality, but the lack of support after purchase. A mattress at this price point should last far longer than this, and customers should not be dismissed when clear issues are visible.
I am now forced to seek further advice through external channels and the finance provider because Furniture Village refused to take responsibility.
Would not recommend based on my experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The seller was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was simple, clear, and very flexible, which made buying the furniture completely stress-free. Great communication, professionalism, and customer service. Highly recommended!

Alan was incredibly friendly and gave us the space to look around and check out the two sofas we’d already spotted online. Once we were ready, he stepped in with fantastic product knowledge and answered all our questions. The manager, Raj, also took the time to chat with my partner and me, which was a lovely, friendly touch.
​When we decided to go ahead with the purchase, Alan even made us a great cup of coffee and double-checked our measurements to ensure everything would fit perfectly. There has been no Transparent pricing.the product dining table I have ordered is now 200 pound less worth even before I have received the product.

I was not told about the NHS discount even when I have mentioned both of us work in the NHS

I have a similar experience with the clock I have ordered online as well which I am yet to open as well
