Not pressurised and Grant at the Southampton store really helpful when we had a shortlist of sofas in helping us to decide

Brilliant experience from start to finish. When we ordered, we realised within 48 hours that we should have selected a different suite so went back into the store. Excellent customer service and we’re very understanding. The change to a different suite was straightforward.
Delivery updates were superb and when it was delivered, Luke had Rich were fantastic.
Would 100% recommend Furniture Village.

The sales lady, Claudia, was very helpful, not pushy, and nice with it.

We enjoyed our experience at Furniture Village in Southampton west quay retail estate. It was our second visit to make a firm decision on sofas and armchair. Raymond served us on both occasions and made us feel very welcome. We wanted to spend time making the right decision and enjoyed a coffee and cookies while trying out the sofas.
We decided on our furniture and Raymond helped us understand the extras available to us. We benefitted from the summer discounts and went away with a package that we were very happy with. There was no hard sell but an encouragement in the right direction. Very happy with our experience and looking forward to delivery of our purchase.

We always have a great experience when we visit Furniture Village Southampton. Victoria is extremely knowledgeable about all the products ,and we feel in safe hands when making our choice. We appreciate her expertise ,and never feel rushed when making decisions. We are always made to feel welcome when visiting the store ,and shall continue to return in the future. Thank you.

Customer advisor, Aleks was knowledgeable, patient,friendly. He made us feel welcome and appreciated as customers with no "pressure selling" as often happens in retail .
There is a wide choice of furniture and the quality and the prices were excellent.

The furniture we had delivered today we have to remove all the cushions to be able to sit , like sitting on window ledge and for 200 it’s disgusting we will ring shop in morning

My sofa was delivered on 22/8/26. The date I was told it would be delivered, guys were very professional, helpful and friendly. I am pleased with the sofa, a white leather, corner unit, with power recliners, very comfortable. So far, a very positive experience.

Staff were excellent from the shop salesman to the delivery men. Second time we've used Furniture Village and very satisfied.

Dan was very helpful without being overbearing. He ensured we were fully informed and helped make our purchase straight forward.

I Went into the Southampton store as was interested in a sofa, Victoria approached me with a smile and asked if I needed help, her service and friendliness was both professional and helpful, I bought my sofa and she helped with rugs as well
