We had a positive experience with the customer service at this furniture store. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and were even offered drinks, which was a lovely touch.
We already knew what we were looking for, and the Sales Consultant, Robin Sydney, was fantastic - helpful, friendly, and very efficient. He made the whole purchasing process smooth and straightforward.
The staff took the time to listen carefully to our requirements and clearly understood what we wanted. They were very knowledgeable about their products and offered helpful guidance without ever being pushy or overbearing.
We’ve purchased furniture from this store before, so we already knew the ordering process is simple and straightforward, and the delivery service is excellent. That previous experience gave us real confidence when returning.
Overall, the service felt relaxed, and genuinely customer-focused, which made the whole experience enjoyable. We’d definitely recommend this store to others.

I contacted Furniture Village to inform them that the order my brother had placed, needed to be cancelled as he'd passed away and no longer had use for a sofa, foot stool and recliner chair. The employee I spoke to assured me that the order had been cancelled. Why then, did an email pop up saying the order had been placed again on 17th March 2026? Strange for my brother to be able to do this from the grave. I want answers ASAP

I was looking for a bed headboard & had trouble choosing the fabric colour & the shop assistant came to help me. She was very helpful & I finally bought the headboard.

Gouldi was absolutely brilliant, we had no idea as to what we really wanted. He was so patient with us, he explained the different types of seating, even gave us demonstrations on some of reclining sofa/chairs. He didn't rush us and most importantly he didnt pressure us to make up our minds. He certainly is an asset to Furniture Village

Raj was very informative and patient with my daughter who has some learning difficulties. He advised us how to test the mattress for the most comfort which is very important to us.
