We had a great experience finding our first ever sofa for our new home. All the staff were very friendly. Michael helped us and was very patient, friendly and not pushy at all. We came in twice, the first time was to browse and michael helped us with the criteria we had, then we went away to think about it, and returned 2 weeks later to buy it. We would highly recommend!

We had such a fantastic experience with Michael at Furniture Village Stevenage today. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy at all, which made the whole process of choosing our new bed and mattress so easy and enjoyable.

Michael really took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure we found the right options for us. He was a pleasure to deal with and genuinely went above and beyond.

A massive thank you to Michael for making what can sometimes be a stressful purchase feel completely effortless. Fantastic customer service — he’s a real credit to Furniture Village!

The member of staff Micheal Hackworthy who served us today was excellent he went above and beyond expectations to assist us with our purchase, very polite and helpful with everything we asked very good service

We we're greeted by salesman Robert. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture, we wanted to buy today. He moved things around so we could see how it was going to look and fit into our kitchen. Very good experience once again, thank you Robert.

We had a warm welcome from the time we walked in. The sales person was fantastic had the answers as to what we wanted. Whilst we were looking she came and check did we need any help or advice and then left us to continue looking at the best item and fabrics we could have. Once we made our decision on what we wanted she was very helpful creating the order for us and explained everything that was ordered what would happen next and who we could contact to get the old item removed from our place. Everything was made easy the only hard part was deciding what colour fabric we wanted on our new item.

I popped into the Stevenage branch and enquired about some bar stools, I said I needed to speak to my hubby so Phil Grant gave me his card and I left. I called back the next day and Phil answered the phone and remembered me and what I was after. Lovely friendly service and chat and very helpful. I’ve bought a few bits from Furniture Village over the years and will definitely go back again.

If I could have given this company 0 stars I would
I have a leather sofa that was less than 2 years old ,it started to peel slightly.Reported it and they sent so called independent accessors out,the verdict no manufacturing fault.That was basically that ,I was so angry and disappointed that I chose this company over 5 others
To all who read this take note and order from a different company

Found the Sales Person to be knowledgeable & Helpful

Would suggest that a customer be told sliders only really work on wooden floors not carpets

Very pleasant polite young lady who was very helpful.It was a very happy experiance.

Very happy with the bed & mattress however not happy with the lift on the bag, we can barely lift it together & it doesn’t stay up to put anything in. Very disappointed

Very helpful when choosing colour, material, price and style. Didn't make us feel rushed when choosing whether to buy sofas, went away and thought about it and rang them next day with order for sofas.

Terrible! Once you’ve made a purchase your locked in, no returns no reasoning. I tried to cancel my order a week after purchase as I’d been made redundant, im told no cancellation or I can but £400 charge, which is absolutely insane! My order was scheduled for delivery until almost 4 weeks after purchase so clearly nothing would have developed in such a short time. There is no understanding of change in situation or reasoning with management, they simply want the sale. Well I certainly will NEVER use this company again. Terrible service and horrible way to treat people!

The quality and variety of products was good. The salesman was very helpful and informative. Cookies smelt amazing !! We ended up buying 2 sofas which hopefully will arrive in 7 weeks

A great selection of furniture on show and once we made our choice it was a smooth purchase. Due to my house not being ready, they stored my suite for 8 weeks until I was ready to take delivery. No fuss or questions asked and once I moved in they delivered it in less than a week. Brilliant sales staff and delivery service.
