The sales guy was very polite, knew his products and not too pushy.
Done us a great deal as we were due to purchase last Bank Holiday but got called out to work, honoured the same deal.

David G was really informative and helpful. We had been looking for a sofa for a while and put up with thousands of questions. He was very clear and helpful with the process.

Great experience. David was lovely and so helpful…lots of knowledge and explained everything to us. We knew which sofa we wanted and he didn’t pressure us into picking a different one (as some other shops do). We cannot wait for our new sofa to arrive now!

We came into the store to have a look as we had been thinking of replacing our bed. No one immediately came to us which was fantastic, Akram came over after a while and made us feel relaxed with no selling pressure, after hearing what we were after he explained clearly which beds to look at, once we had decided on the one he then explained the differences in the mattresses. Again no full on sales pitches which is exactly what we wanted. The whole process was easy with a relaxed atmosphere. Akram Ahmed was a really nice guy he made us feel heard, we had a laugh, the overall experience was brilliant. Thank you

We made several visits to furniture village before making our purchase and the staff (Akram and Tony) were very knowledgable and helpful. They answered any questions we had, but also gave us space to browse and consider our options. The service was excellent and we would definitely recommend them.

Donna was exceptional in Customer Services, listened attentively and dealt with our issue immediately providing a resolution. I have only scored 4 instead of 5 due to inconvenience caused by the store.

Excellent service from FV Tamworth. I’ve ordered a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table and Matt talked me through everything. Only wish I’d had the £50 off introductory email before I went shopping!
Not yet been delivered but I’ll post on that later.

Politel well mannered and no pressure and the price was right

Excellent service from start to finish, Matt introduced himself when we entered and answered all of our enquiries, we chose which suite we liked and then sat to the desk with a coffee and both myself and june felt really comfortable, would certainly return.
