Lovely staff at the Telford branch - not pushy at all. Sorted the kids with a cookie and hot chocolate. Gemma sorted our order and was lovely. All staff were very knowledgeable and the ordering went smoothly. Just awaiting delivery now!

Absolutely fantastic service from Furniture Village! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took the time to make sure we were completely happy with our choice without ever making us feel pressured.

The whole experience was smooth, enjoyable and stress-free, and the level of customer service really stood out. It’s clear that the team genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing an excellent service.

A huge thank you to all the staff for making the whole process so easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Furniture Village and will definitely be returning in the future!

Judith was covering at the Telford store today & she was absolutely brilliant in helping me and my husband choosing our sofa, she was really patient and gave us good advice, the customer service was brilliant she was very knowledgeable & was so quick to draw up our living room and give us the right measurements. Excellent service from Phil in the Telford store. Purchased good quality dining table not too pricey.

Utah three piece suite delivered today very early as scheduled in emails and texts from the day before and on the day.
Two lads very carefully and professionally carried everything in and assembled the suite in our lounge.
All packages taken away and the operating of the electric recliner system demonstrated to me.
Overall very happy, hopefully the product will be long lasting.

Phil Baxter was the customer assistant who helped us in Furniture Village in Telford. He was attentive without being pushy and left us after introducing himself and offering us a drink. He explained all about the dining set and demonstrated how to extend the table and care for the table and chairs. He was knowledgeable, respectful and very polite. We bought the dining set and are awaiting it's arrival. Thank you Phil.
