Furniture Village - Watford レビュー 

Poor customer service aftercare. Purchased a Kiara timber-base with a glass top table recently, nice design. However, glass not secured on timber-base, glass rocks/seasaws, glass sticky suckers not in line with display and glass overhangs not like shop display. Not fit for purpose.

I contacted Furniture Village Watford who sent out a technician and agreed there was issues with the table. Furniture Village aftercare Customer Service team contacted me yesterday and said there was nothing wrong with the table. It is evident that either the technician is not being honest, because there are certain task who should have carried out to check or Furniture Village are reluctant to provide the appropriate customer service support. I will be taking the matter further.

I bought a corner sofabed & had a few problems with it. I spoke to Kiran from Customer Services today who was extremely helpful & has arranged a visit from a sofa technician to sort the issues. Thanks Kiran you've been great 👍

A great selection and Fal, the member of staff at Watford, was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable and friendly and definitely aided our decision making.

Fal was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She was very attentive and courteous at all times. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Vera, the sales consultant was veryhelpful and had a most agreeable personality.

I go to Furniture village off & on to see furniture trends but rarely buy anything as the furniture seems more suited to show homes than the average British home. I went to the Watford showroom to check out some living room furniture and while browsing Falguni approached me offering assistance. She was very patient, informative, knowledgeable and helped me get to grips with sizes, prices, special offers etc and narrow down on a dining set bundle, a coffee table and 2 side tables.
This is not a review of FV as such, but of my experience in the Watford store made positive by an excellent salesperson who facilitated it.
I will reserve my review of FV after I have had a chance to evaluate the after sales service, delivery service, aftercare package, etc.
The FV store locations are in big retail parks with ample parking, stores are large with considerable stock to suit varied budgets and a huge choice. I am not sure if their 'Sales' are genuine as they seem to have sales every 6 weeks...probably just gimmicks, but at the end of the day one buys if the price seems right for what you want to buy!

Both assistants were very polite and very knowledgeable. A great all round service.

I would like to thanks Adnan for his guidance and support. He made the shopping experience better and positive. Also want to thanks Phalguni for spending time and guiding us to make better selection. Good job and we will see you again

I had looked on line for some ideas and then took the leap to actually see the furniture. The overall experience was made very easy and a pleasure being assisted by your salesman Anthony White, his help was amazing and with absolutely no pressure, or pushy attitude, Thank you Anthony.

Veera was great! He really helped us select the best mattress and pillows! Cudos to him and can't wait to have it at our home

In the past few months, I have had a very disappointing experience with the Furniture Village branch in Watford. Honestly, I wish I could give 0 stars.
We purchased a bed and mattress and were given a delivery date. When the delivery date came, we were told they could not find the order. I called the Watford branch and spoke to Ashley, who said he would arrange delivery from a different depot within two weeks.

Unfortunately, the same kind of issue happened again. On the new delivery date, the driver called and said he had arrived with a big lorry and that it was not possible to make the delivery. I agreed to reschedule for the next day.

The following morning, I received a message saying the delivery was coming. We waited until the afternoon, but nobody arrived. I called the Watford branch again, and they told me to check the delivery status online. I explained that I had already checked and the online system was showing that the order had already been delivered, even though we had received nothing.

I was then told to contact the depot myself.

This has been extremely frustrating. We have spent a lot of time making calls, waiting for deliveries and trying to find out where our order is, when this should have been handled by Furniture Village.

I expected much better customer service and communication. Based on my experience, I would seriously think twice before ordering from this branch again.

Our advisor, Mira, was amazing.

The salesman called Veera was amazing, not too pushy and really made us feel relaxed. He took time and appreciated my husband’s medical conditions and helped advise us on what would work best for us (and it wasn’t the most expensive option) he was able to help sort out a good price (always welcome these days) we were treated to a relaxing coffee and given plenty of privacy to choose what we wanted. Obviously I’m hoping that the delivery is as smooth sailing 🤞 thank you Veera we would like to say that hopefully your company appreciate your sales service. I will definitely recommend you!!

Lucinda was very helpful, great customer service! She was super easy to talk to & very friendly and made the whole process of picking less overwhelming and far more manageable. Thank you so much for the help!
