My experience with furniture village fantastic, easy to deal with. Fast delivery, quality is outstanding would 100% recommend. The guys in the shop were not pushy & took time to explain every aspect of my purchase. The delivery service guys were very respectful of my home. 10/10 for Furniture Village personnel at Worcester & Bristol thank you all.

Excellent service from Ricardo at Worcester, made the buying experience a pleasure. A refreshing change in today’s world. Hopefully delivery will be in the 6 week timeframe to tie in with a house move.

Adam at the Worcester Blackpole branch was very helpful and it was an easy sale for us he let us decide without pressure , even made us a tea , he was also very informative about products and matching furniture.

We are very pleased with the help we received whilst buying our lounge furniture. James, in the Worcester store, was patient and informative with good advice. The time scale of delivery was as expected. The delivery men, Kyle &Sean were careful and polite. I went to the Worcester branch and Bex was the perfect salesperson. She was there when I needed information but not in the least bit pushy and was friendly and helpful. I spent a lot of time choosing what I hope will be my perfect bed , a Harrison Spinks, and didn’t feel rushed. I look forward to it’s arrival and hope the rest of the process will go as smoothly.
