Great service - We were welcomed at the door, everyone seemed lovely, we were offered a drink too, didn’t feel like we were being forced into purchasing but felt like staff were approachable for help and questions. David helped us - he was great, got it sorted efficiently and quickly as we had somewhere to be and coudnt ask for more. Would definitely recommend

Victor was incredibly welcoming without ever being pushy. He struck the perfect balance between being helpful and giving us space to make our own decisions. He explained everything clearly, happily moved furniture around, took measurements, and answered all of our questions.

He was polite, friendly, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Buying a sofa isn’t usually the most exciting experience, but Victor made the whole process easy and enjoyable. His excellent customer service was a big reason we chose Furniture Village and purchased our sofa there. Thank you, Victor!

After receiving excellent service instore im highly dissapointed with what im left with, on delivery and building i was informed the feet were missing so my bed couldnt be finished and was promised 3 to 5 working days for it to be completed, after almost 3 weeks numerous phone calls and emails ive had feet delivered with no date for someone to come and fit them and the base and realign the ottoman top which was never fitted correctly. Im on my final email before I cancel the full order and request a full refund and collection of the half built bed.

Victor was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived, even offering us a coffee. After having a poor experience with a competing sofa company, it was a refreshing change.

He took the time to listen to exactly what we needed and helped us order a kitchen table and chairs, clearly explaining when they would be delivered. He even called afterwards to make sure everything had arrived and that we were happy with our purchase.

As we had been left in the lurch by the previous company, who removed our sofas and left us with nothing, Victor went above and beyond by arranging a loan chair for us. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service.

Good nice place but people keep hounding staright away and dont let us look before making choice

After getting through to the aftercare team reasonably quickly I spoke with a very polite, helpful person named Kieran , who guided me through clearly what I needed to do and the next steps that will follow in a kind manner. Greatly appreciated thanks kieran .

After quite a lengthy time, we received our wardrobes and bed side cabinets. When they were delivered and fitted, we didn’t receive the soft closing for the wardrobe doors and the LED strip light had bulbs out.

We now have to wait for the soft closing to arrive and get fitted, and we are waiting for a response about the LED strip light.

Victor gave great customer service, gave us time to look and was really helpful with information. Made it simple and easy for us.

Lewis in York branch was friendly but not pushy and very knowledgeable about the products.
Delivery service (on the day) was very good but it would have been helpful to have been given a time window for my delivery at least the day before rather than on the day.
Can't fault the delivery team - in extreme heat they persevered trying to get the furniture into my property which was a little tricky. They were very careful and mindful of not causing any accidental damage to my property. They had a very pleasant manner and were very polite.
Only slight issue was their van had a leak and because the packaging wasn't totally intact one of the sofa cushions was very wet on a corner but not damaged.

Really helpful , no pressure team at York . They were exceedingly patient with me and answered all my questions knowledgeably. I would definitely shop there again .
