I’m writing to express how incredibly happy I am with your electric scooter – it’s absolutely amazing, and I’ve enjoyed every moment of riding it.
Unfortunately, due to recent changes in local regulations, it became illegal to ride electric scooters on public roads in my area. As a result, I reluctantly stopped using it and stored it in my garage. After an extended period of disuse, the battery has now gone flat, which saddens me deeply as it’s currently unusable. Despite this, I still keep it stored safely because it’s such a well-built and enjoyable product.
I truly loved every ride and can wholeheartedly recommend your scooters to others. However, I strongly advise potential buyers to **confirm local riding laws** before purchasing to avoid similar disappointments.

Two years experience with a Furo
I've had a furo systems folding bike for 2 years and now feel I can give an experienced review. I'm doing lands end to John o'groats in stages on it and have done Lands end to Inverness. It's been brilliant and reliable. Relatively lightweight for an electric bike. Much lighter than my previous one. Great long lasting battery for when hills get tiring
Battery housing fault
After several months Battery fixing has become faulty and cannot be charged. Bought another but that doesn’t work for same reason. I was told by MA Macro to visit a bike repair shop. Have tried three places in West Londo. And no one will look at it. Stuck! Really saddened by poor customer service as I enjoyed riding the bike.
Marque à éviter
Vélo modèle pliant électrique acheté en 2020 (1500€). Nombreux problèmes dès la livraison: fourni pneus à plat; cadre manquant de rigidité et mal assemblé, éclairage mal fixé...
Renvoi en Angleterre pour correction sous garantie (pas facile d'emballer un vélo dans un carton à expédier + douane.. car la GB est sortie de l'UE).
Au retour le vélo est un peu mieux assemblé et fiabilisé. Mais quelques mois après la fin de la garantie, la console de commande (tableau de bord) ne se rallume plus. Plus d'assistance électrique donc.
Aucun réparateur n'accepte de réparer cette marque.
A éviter: cher, mal réalisé et sans SAV en France.

still furo is the worst bike i have ever paid for! im running out of spokes on the back wheel i got a reply from emailing them about spoke size this is what they said(bear in mind furo may have changed to MA micro??)

We unfortunately do not have spoke length information as they're produced at the same time as the wheel, though if you take your bike to a local e-bike repair store, they will be able to provide replacements for you.

Bought a aventa 2 years ago ,waiting…
Bought a aventa 2 years ago ,waiting for 8 weeks to arrive, customer service is virtually none existing. Email and phone can't get through to talk to anyone, the tyres it came with may look OK ,but it didn't take long for puncture after puncture, in the end I had to go elsewhere and buy proper puncture resistant tyres..now two years on battery failure only half of battery will charge. Despite indicating a full charge..I'm very disappointed avoid at all cost .

Cette trottinette FUZE peut être utile si on l'utilise pour de très courts trajets (moins de 10km).en vitesse 2
Pour quelqu'un qui veut faire de longs trajets et un usage quotidien mieux vaut l'éviter.
L'autonomie des 40km c'est du rêve à moins de rouler en mode 1 à 15km/h on peut espérer 14/15 Km
Les amortisseurs sont fictifs , on aperçoit aucune action.
Et pour finir batterie HS au bout des deux ans et trois mois, garantie dépassée le Sav ne veut rien savoir !

Décevant après 4 ans et 6500km de test.
Bilan après 4 ans et 6500km: à éviter! Vélo de piètre qualité d’origine chinoise (identique au modèle Sava E8). Il est éventuellement assemblé en phase finale au UK histoire de dire « made in UK ». Dommage car il est relativement léger (mais plus lourd qu’annoncé), performant et correctement équipé sur les fondamentaux (moteur, freins, dérailleur…) mais les désagréments sont trop nombreux sur les accessoires et la conception n’est pas aboutie (fixation de batterie fragile car mal conçue, cadre peu rigide, pas de système d’anti-déraillement au niveau du plateau avant…).
Liste des problèmes:
- montage des freins inversés à la livraison,
- déraillements en très grand nombre de la chaîne (plusieurs fois par semaine) car aucun système anti-déraillement n’est installé alors que l’environnement urbain est un milieu difficile avec ses pavés, ses trottoirs, ses nids de poules, ses travaux…
- rail de fixation de la batterie cassé une première fois et le rail de remplacement (remplacé sous garantie) est déjà fêlé et cassera bientôt malgré une grande prudence dans les chocs depuis que je sais le vélo fragile. La conception de la fixation est ratée,
- les clignotants ne marchent pas, c’est un gadget,
- le feu rouge arrière composé d’une seule petite LED est presque invisible (remplacé par du Décathlon),
- le phare avant d’origine ne vaut rien et s’est cassé très vite (lui aussi remplacé par du Décathlon),
- les pneus chinois d’origine sont fragiles. Chaque petit bout de verre gênerait une crevaison. Pneus remplacés par des pneus Schwalbe anti-crevaison fut,
- poids réel plus lourd qu’annoncé (env. 19kg avec batterie pour 15kg annoncés).
Bref, vélo low-cost vendu cher. Vous trouverez le même sous la marque chinoise Sava pour moins cher (modèle Sava E8).
Very unhappy with customer service…
Very unhappy with customer service provided. Had the Furo X Max for less than 2 years, used very occasionally. The magnetic disk on the crank snapped. Contacted Furosystems. They sent me a link to a website for a replacement disk. Which was the wrong size. Contacted them to inform them of this and have not even had the courtesy of a reply, Bike is unusable. £2K wasted. Your choice, people, but I suggest you avoid this company.
Furo Fuze: You Will Regret It
Unfortunately, despite of my initial unconditional love towards my Furo Fuze, I am fed up with the construction and build of this e-scooter. At the beggining, due to the high speed, it was only punctures once a month.
But many more issues came afterwards: lights failing, computer errors - 005 and 006 -, BMS battery issues, handles coming loose, folding pin gone, and many more, making me having to spend a lot of money and time into repairs at the Fulham workshop.
Avoid and stick with a low speed model or invest in a scooter that is actually built to go at 30 mph Segway-like.

Vélo acheté en 04/2021. pendant ces 2 ans, j'ai déraillé plus d'une trentaine de fois, malgré des réglages à l'atelier du magasin (Rue secrétan à PARIS). J'ai changé le dérailleur (soit disant usé au bout de 6 mois). Le socle de la batterie à casser, j'ai payé la réparation. Une des fiche de la batterie à casser, j'ai du payer la réparation. Le socle de la batterie à casser une deuxième fois.. encore payé. Maintenant si la batterie relâche (ce qui ne vas pas tarder car l'emboitement se fait très mal), je dois changer carrément la batterie car elle ne se fait plus. le système a été amélioré car trop de souci. super.... coût à venir environ 600 € d'après le magasin.
pour un vélo de ce prix... ca laisse rêveuse.. très déçue.

Please avoid this company the scooters may be good , however having some problems it’s stopped working ? No customers services no one in uk able to help no approved service centre not only that no one in uk can service it or maintain it please do research get a scooter than can be fixed in uk if needed ? My advice is avoid scooter wasn’t used for 3 months battery is now gone apparently you have to charge it regularly which isn’t explained in the instruction well sorry no instructions they now want £289 for a battery not covered under warranty my advice there’s better out there with good customer service. Also every on this scooter feels poor quality the handlebars come loose loads of play in the steering when braking utter crap quality

Love this Bike
Had my Furo X for a year and I'm very happy with it. It has performed extremely well, managing 30 mile runs over hilly terrain without me even getting out of breath.
I've always found them very communicative and when my motor developed a noise they honoured the warranty without question after I sent a video, sending me an entire new back wheel.
Very happy with this bike.

Shocked by some of the reviews here, Brought a scooter almost two years ago, Had an issue with the controller recently which was covered by the two year warranty.
Explained the urgency of getting the scooter fixed, and the very nice people at FuroSystems got it done same day.
Second or third time I have made enquiries and always had a very positive experience,
Always found them very friendly, helpful, and welcome.
Quick replies to emails and quick solutions to problems, couldn’t ask any more..
You’re probably reading this to find…Should I buy a Furo X Folding Bicycle?
You’re probably reading this to find out whether to purchase a Furo X bicycle. I will answer that question in a minute.
If you have little experience of bicycles, just fancy an electric folder and have your own bicycle mechanic to hand for those necessary adjustments and tweaks, then buy one. It’s a versatile bike, well designed and engineered and comparable to a certain folder named for a London suburb.
If you are a more experienced cyclist, prepared to undertake your own ‘servicing’, read on.
Compared to other e bikes, including pedelecs and other folders, the Furo X, being of carbon fibre, is indeed light in weight by comparison. It affords a ‘tight’ ride, is responsive, folds adequately for car storage: it does not ‘feel’ a light bike if you’re aiming to take it by bus and train.
Its componentry, bottom bracket, axles, disc brakes and rear carrier is good. Pedals and saddle do need to conform to personal taste and these, together with more puncture proof tyres might be upgraded.
I have two Furo Xs. They have now covered nearly five thousand miles between them. Apart from expected tweaks and adjustments, they have proved very reliable. There have been no faults with the motor or handlebar computer/controller.
Personally, I would favour slimmer tyres, perhaps 406 x 35. Be aware too, that rims are ‘wide’ profile and long valved 20” Schrader tubes are hard to come by.
Ensure also two considerations: that your Furo X is fitted with the Generation 2 battery which ensures a more reliable battery connection than earlier models and that the main fold locking device is kept well adjusted.
Furo back up service by email has been exemplary.
Do buy the Furo X……and make it the Max. Cycle out for the day on Power 1, return more quickly on a higher power and, depending on gradient, you can easily cover 40 to 50 miles.

Please listen to those who have had to deal with any customer services for this company.
They will take your money and deliver a broken bike.
I bought my folding bike from them and it arrived so damaged it was unrideable.
It was due to be delivered in August 2021.
It arrived in January 2022 and I couldn't use it.
They promptly took it back but refused to replace it, they replaced one damaged component and tried to fudge the rest.
Many of the promised extras never arrived.
They don't answer the phone.
They deliberately try to delay you until they think their responsibility has expired.
I still don't have a safe working bike and it's been 14 months since I originally paid for it.
They also lie so I recommend if you do use them, record everything and take pictures.
They claimed to fix or replace parts of my bike but had absolutely no evidence or invoice to prove this and I have photos that show the same damage still present.
Please put your hard earned money elsewhere.
They false advertise their customer service, it's shambolic.
I cannot convey just how deplorable this company are, they do not care, they try and get out through any loophole they think they can find.
They have caused me endless stress and a huge amount of money having to drive to work when the whole point of the bike was to cycle.
I have an appointment with citizens advice to try and help resolve this.
All the company want is your money, their warranty isn't worth the screen it's printed on.
Please avoid.
Zero customer service or accountability
I wouldn't recommend this company at all because after paying two thousand pounds, I have a defective product and zero customer service to show for it. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that the company offices are empty.
I have tried twice to get hold of someone on customer service via email and have been completely ignored. The online system doesn't even confirm via email that your enquiry has been registered.
My bike computer screen is delaminating, the dust seals perished and pedal coming off. The bike is under a year old and I feel abandoned by Furo Systems.
