I can't speak highly enough of David Blissett (Future Engineering) and the care and attention he has given me throughout the recruitment process - to say he has gone above and beyond is an understatement.

Most importantly he has been 110% reliable, and transparent with strong clear communication throughout. I have really appreciated the coaching and solid advise that gave me the best opportunity for landing a great offer.

I have had very poor experience with the company.
I have been approached via email by Charlie with a job offer which I was keen on.
After a phone call, a few messages we have arranged for very short notice interview with the company which was meant to be via teams.
I have changed my day's schedule to allow for the interview, waited for a link to join the meeting or any message for that matter but I have had no contact from Charlie nor agency or the company. I tried calling, texting or emailing but with no answer or reply. Eventually managed to get through to another recruiter who informed me that interview was postponed and Charlie will get back to me the next day.
That didn't happen. Nothing heard from the company or the recruitment.

Wasted mine and their time in a very unprofessional manner.

Emily brooks dealt with me so well and i really appreciate the work she has done for me, every phone call received was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Amazing recruitment company.
While looking for a new career I found a job advert that I really wanted, I wasn't quite qualified for it but none the less I wanted it.
So I rang and asked for the recruiter who's name was on the advert and lucky for me It was Ryan.
He really took the time to understand me and tell me honestly that it won't be easy but let's see if they may entertain speaking to me.
He was always reachable by phone, always rang me with updates and awaly gave the right advise before speaking to the company i wanted to work for.
2 weeks later I've got the job wanted for a great employer.

stage, I recieved the necessary help, personal and supportive guidance that prepared me to be my best. All through the stages.

My experience with future engineering was wonderful. I dealt with a person called Emily Brooks and she helped massively in helping me move forward with my career. She gave me a lot of help with my interviews, showing me the best questions to ask and the best ways to answer certain questions. She gathered as much information as she could before I had to attend meetings with future employers that helped me prepare. When it came to receive my offer she negotiated with the company on my behalf, helping me to come out the other side with the best offer on the table. Even after being employed, she will continue to be a point of contact for any problems I encounter. It has been my pleasure to have worked with future engineering and emily and I hope that many more find the help I received too !
