Charlie was Unreal! 2 days and offered a permanent role, I couldn’t fault him. Completely honest and transparent etc. Not long the other agency who just randomly send your cv all over the place, this is a professional service.

Emily was amazing! So lovely, honestly couldn’t fault her. Great advice for interview prep etc. Super transparent. 10/10

Georgia was very friendly, polite and helpful through the whole process. She always kept in touch and asked what my thoughts were through each stage of the interviews and didn’t give up when the process wasn’t going smoothly. I would definitely recommend Georgia and future engineering recruitment.

I had a really good experience with issey and future engineering recruitment, very helpful and did his best to get me in the right step to secure the job post Jon I was after so massive thank you issey.

At first the communication between myself and the recruiter Charlie Auburn was very good. He answered all of my questions and on the face of it seemed very genuine. So now I've been told that my CV has been sent through to his client and they would like to do a teams based interview. I was then told that someone from the company that my CV has been sent to will forward a link to my email address. And the agent from the recruitment agency will be in touch the following day. However no link was sent and no call from the recruitment agent. We had agreed that because of my current shift all of this should be done am. I then contacted the agent to say that I have not heard from yourself or had a link to teams sent through all of this I sent before leaving for work. I told the agent in my email that I would not be contactable during work hours due to zero tolerance on mobile phones at current work. However on tea break when I could check my mobile I had 5 missed calls and 3 emails asking if I was available to conduct the teams based interview the following morning. Bear in mind I had already asked this question before work because I had not received the phone call from the agent or the link sent from the employer conducting the interview. Eventually I spoke direct with the agent who told me the link had been sent and wanted to check my email address even though we had already gone through this with emails to and from each other. The agent then asked again after 7pm had I received the link from his client. We'll of course I hadn't of which I told him this. Straight away he then emailed me to say the the client has called him and would send it in the morning. All of this happen in 5 minutes apparently. I then told the agent that I was not interested in continuing this venture because the link was never sent and that going forward that this company by the face of this is not for me. The agent then basically replied by saying that I should have said I wasn't interested from the start. This I find rude I was more than happy to interview but to be accused of time wasting basically is poor. I understand that the agent put time into try and making this happen but so did I. I generally don't think that the client ever sent through a link and as such the agent took his frustration out on me. It's not the worse recruitment agency by any means but I would not recommend it on how I was treated.

Georgia kept me informed every step of the way, through the interview process. Giving great detail of the company and its stratery & culture. This has happily resulted in a postion being offed & accepted.

Joe was helpful the whole way through the process kept me up to date at every moment and helped me on my journey really don’t have any faults and was a great service

Prompt messaging, with contact about different roles with a clear discussion of what I would like going forward. Highly recommend them, a massive thank you to Georgia who assisted me in achieving my new role. Always contacting at previously discussed times and clear summary emails every time.

Rebecka arranged my interview for me,she was professional intelligent and gave me fantastic advice on how to conduct myself at my interview and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have got the job.

Georgia made the whole experience very easy to deal with, from her sound advice and tips on what to say and what to include in the interview process. Obviously it work as I start my new job on Monday.
