Nick Hewett - Suspension Exercise Instructor
Nick Hewett - Suspension Exercise Instructor. Nick was a very friendly and personable trainer, he put us all at ease at the start of the day with some fun intros and then gave us an excellent and comprehensive overview of all of the variations that we could do on the suspension trainer equipment. Very enthusiastic and a jazzy and fun day. 😜 Thank you for the knowledge.
