Excellent product. No one else had it including the majors. Australia Post is far too expensive and painfully slow in delivery ie 5 days Express Post. Will look at courier options next time I order.... もっず芋る

No refund

I ordered 15 packs of rice but I have got only 13 packs of rice. I wrote the Email to shop, up until now no response> What a shame! If there is 0 star I will give it to you.

Thanks for your feedback.
We are sorry for your bad experience. Due to this time ( COVID -2019), many unexpected things happened.

Miscommunication happened at the shop.
However, A refund already processed.

It's our mistake; we should follow up with the customer and make sure you get a refund.
Pls, give us a chance to do better service for you next time.

Prompt service. When I made an error whilst ordering, the swiftness in responding to my message was awesome. Problem fixed and received my order much quicker than I thought I would.
