Money took a day longer to arrive but everything else good

When leaving a review, it is very important to be fair. If you're sending your mobile to this company, the T&Cs are very clear, you will pay £5 to have it returned if you disagree with their revised quote. I had no problem with this, but their 'revised quote' is absolutely at their discretion. In my case, the initial offer of £52, but was reduced to £22 due to the battery health being 9% under their requirement. This equates to about 37% of their original offer. I have since sold this phone privately for £70 and they are very happy with it. My recommendation? . . if you check your battery and it falls under the stipulated 85%, you will receive a very low price from this company.

Sold my IPad, gadget reclaim offered the highest amount and the whole process was super quick, got an email from them saying it had arrived at 09:50, at 15:00 got an email saying that the device has passed all of the checks and the money was in my account an hour later. Pays more and also much quicker then other companies I’ve sold stuff to in the past. Will definitely be the first place I get a quote from when selling another device.

The whole process was professioal and seamfree, there were no delays from start to finish.

I have to say I was very disappointed with this company. My phone was in perfect working order and in excellent condition. I was paid only 50% of the price, due to battery being less than 85% but it said minimum 78% required ? work that out. So I would look for another company and check other reviews.
