A very smooth operation
A very smooth operation. Online valuation was automatic and in line with other sites, label downloaded easily and parcel accepted by Post Office. Checking process and payment were quick.

5* Fully recommended. Andy was fantastic!
A really great experience selling our second-hand business mobiles. The process was straightforward and exactly as described, with postage fully covered. There was a tiny price adjustment once the phones were received due to battery condition (something I hadn’t checked), but it was minimal and completely fair. Andy kept me updated every step of the way, which was reassuring. The price paid was very reasonable and I’d definitely recommend them and use them again.

Normal wear and tear to this company…
Normal wear and tear to this company includes scuffs to screen that are not visible to the naked eye but visible by shining a torch on it in certain angles. Beware when ticking the box to say you phone is working, that this includes specific measures of battery life that they use against you (even if your phone is working). They quote high trade values to lure you. Was knocked down based on above from £135 to £57. To have phone returned it's then a £5 postage fee

Thank you for your review. We’d like to correct a few inaccuracies regarding our assessment process.
All devices are inspected according to our published grading criteria. In this case, the marks identified on your screen were visible to the naked eye under normal lighting - the use of a torch light is purely to capture clear photos for your reference, not to find faults that aren’t otherwise visible.
Our “Working” condition also includes a minimum battery health standard, which ensures the device performs as expected for resale - this is standard across the industry.
We also provide every customer the opportunity to test their device beforehand using our diagnostic app, so you can see a full picture of your phone’s performance and condition before sending it in - had this being taken up by you, you would have seen the health of your device fully before sending and this would have all been avoided.
We never inflate prices or “lure” customers - all quotes are based on the condition selected and current market values. If a phone doesn’t fully meet the chosen condition, we always provide a clear explanation and a revised offer, with the option to have your device returned for a small postage fee of £5 a which again is detailed before sending and agreed upon.
We’re confident in the fairness and transparency of our process and are sorry your trade in didn’t work out how you expected.

Every time the gadgets have arrived as stated, and have worked perfectly. I bought my daughter a phone 2 weeks ago for her birthday via this company, and she loves it.
