The experience and delivery was great.

The employees at my local game are fun and extremely helpful. They never make you feel uncomfortable about what you need to ask or know.

All the guys are always great in there no matter who’s on shift, every single employee in Bridgend Game are lovely and easy to deal with 👍

Reword points on buying a playstation5 console was saw low just £5.00 by Not having a elite reward card I'm not paying £3.00 a month not worth it ! a year £36 total for 7years =£252.00 A half a price of a Playstation 5 console !
Trying to sell me extra insurance GAMEcare Do not cover . Damage caused by neglect, misuse or abuse of the product is excluded looking at you gamecare policy ! so my gamepad good
possibility will not be covered !

The person who served us was very friendly and chatted to me and my son about games. She had excellent customer service

Things were easy to find and staff were very helpful but, not pushy.

The employee who serverd me was amazing she was kind she was overall a good employee she made the experience a lot better for me she goes by the spidergwen of the work place and that’s awsome

Lovely, knowledgeable staff, always happy to help. Both my husband and daughter are gamers and I always end up there for birthday and Christmas gifts. Their pricing is on par with most other places so I make a point of shopping there because I really don't want it to close - great, personal service is so hard to find, which is why I keep coming back. Thanks for the help!
