Very good experience, great quality product for a very reasonable price. Easy enough to install. Only docking one star because I paid for next day delivery and didn't receive it, but to be fair to them I didn't complain as the project was running slightly behind schedule so it suited us anyway. Will definitely use them again but won't be paying for next day delivery next time :)

I used click and collect and it was a great experience. The items were ready to collect super fast, the customer service team was friendly and polite and everything was reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

They didn't help. Points have been stolen (spent in a place I've never heard of or visited) and after passing their security told me they have locked the account after my partner told them about the theft. They didn't tell her anything at all as she was not the main account holder. Customer service should not be painful.

Very easy to list tickets and transactions are always smooth. I have bought and sold multiple times on the platform and never had an issue. In this particular case, I was giving away tickets that I got for free so no money changed hands, no fees or anything. I was really pleased, and happy the tickets got to be used by someone rather than gone to waste.

Lovely, knowledgeable staff, always happy to help. Both my husband and daughter are gamers and I always end up there for birthday and Christmas gifts. Their pricing is on par with most other places so I make a point of shopping there because I really don't want it to close - great, personal service is so hard to find, which is why I keep coming back. Thanks for the help!

UPDATE: I have now been refunded for the purchase that didn't turn up. I have since bought at another auction and collected in person - fairly organised but took ages. Not a fun day out (in the rain). Decent customer service though. I have updated the rating to reflect this.

Bought stuff from them twice. First time items were completely broken and unusable - though I accept it as my fault as I didn’t check (there was nothing in the description about the working order of the goods, so I assumed wrongly).

Second time, I bought 2 items on one of the Made auctions. I have received one so far. About a month after I made the purchase, I enquired about the rest of my order and was told they couldn’t give me a timeframe but hadn’t been dispatched yet. It’s been 2 months now… customer service is atrocious, incredibly dismissive. I can’t currently access their website to ask again because I’m abroad and the website is blocked in the country I’m in, so will have to try and sort it when I’m back in the UK.

I was sold an 18Gb upgrade plan but was given a 6Gb one instead. Customer services guaranteed me (twice!) that I had the 18Gb, but the network didn’t confirm it so I decided to cancel the order. The person I spoke to on cancellations confirmed it that I only had 6Gb in the end, but couldn’t amend the order - they were nice and polite and tried to solve the problem instead of fobbing me off, which is the only reason for the second star. I refused delivery of the phone just now and I am hoping the cancellation will go smoothly. Watch this space.

This is my second time ordering from Cult Pens but surely won't be the last. They have everything for pen and pencil lovers like me (and my family) and delivery is always very quick. Can't fault them.
