Been waiting 4 weeks for an item £330 which was listed as been in stock still haven't received it customer help line engaged all the time been ringing for over a week no answer from shop would never order or recommend this site to any one

Though a quick response received from the customer service team when contacted, I had to chase the team several times to follow up on my item.

TOP service, great figure!

Order came very quickly and was packaged excellently. They ensured the box and item weren't damaged in transit.

Placed a pre-order on 21st of May for a product that was due for release 4 months later as the price for this item was the best I had found, I regret trying to save a few quid because I do not have my order. Other than receiving the order confirmation I had no other contact from Gamersheek leaving me totally in the dark about things and leaving me to chase them rather than communicating the issue to give me any sort of confidence that I'm actually going to receive what I paid for.

The release date came and went and still no contact or product so I reached out to customer support. To their credit I got a response promptly where they told me that the stock was due that week and had been held up in customs and it would be sent out as soon as it arrived, I thanked them for their update and left it there.

Another week past, still no sign of the item and also no update or contact from Gamersheek so I sent another another email asking for some sort of response and received this reply:

"Thank you for your email.

We are expecting the stock to arrive today, if it does arrive in time we will get it out to you today, if not we will get it shipped to you early on Monday or Tuesday.

Thank you for your patience with the delays on this one.

Thanks"

Once again I left it there assuming I'd be getting my order soon but now its another week later, STILL no communication from Gamersheek without having to first reach out myself, I've had no tracking number which I was told I would get for the order in the original confirmation email and obviously still no product here.

I've just had to send my 3rd follow up email for an update - this was my first and definitely my last purchase I make on gamersheek. I have no idea if I'll get me order or not however even if I do it would not change my opinion on the poor experience I've had.

Absolutely fantastic shopping experience with Sean. He was always on hand to deal with all my queries! cannot recommend enough, my statue arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier with it. I will be using Gamersheek again, don't hesitate putting an order in with them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased a figure on their website, a day later the website stated it would have eight days delay in shipping. It has now been ten days since the purchase, after contacting both an email and help-desk like chat thing on their website I have heard nothing back and can only assume my order is in limbo or cancelled, not a great experience sadly :(

Wanted to add an edit in, it's now the 21/10/2023 and the item has still not been delivered and after more attempts to contact customer service I have heard nothing back, avoid this store like the plague

I placed a pre-order 3rd MARCH, figure released 31 July, there's been no emails to explain why I paid £47.95 for an item that's never been dispatched. I emailed 27th August and have had no response, used their online webform to ask for a refund as I am sick of waiting, this has also been ignored. This is an unbelievable shocking service. Don't want excuses just want my refund and a response as to why my item was never sent.

The transaction went out smoothly, and it arrived within a few days in very secure packaging.

Placed and order on July 17th, 1 month later (after 3 phone calls and 6 emails trying to get in contact with them with no luck) I finally got an answer, my item was "a special order" and was gonna be shipped later that week.

That never happened and they went back to radio silence.

Had to request for a refund thru my credit card since they don't even have that option in their website.

I was excited to see the nice reviews in this page, but my personal experience was disastrous.

I ordered a crash team racing first 4 figures statue from gamersheek. It came in perfect condition, also, the customer support was top notch, very helpful throughout. As somebody with a large collection of figures and statues I can't recommend gamersheek enough! Thank you.

Very nice and polite, followed up with my email and dispatched the day after that, figure came in perfect condition. Surprised to find out it's one person running the shop so kudos for that. 👍

This is my second time ordering from this shop.
Products arrived in great condition! However, shipping was unexpectedly slow as it took 2 months to arrive and I didn’t receive any tracking info, this was due to supplier error

On the bright side: when I contacted about this, I’m very thankful for the customer service as the owner was really helpful, quick to respond and kept me updated whenever I emailed for queries. They managed to sort out the underlying issue so I was able to receive my figures in the end. I’m satisfied and will purchase from here again

Site is super easy to navigate, i bought a 1/4 scale and it arrived super quick, if anything it was packed a bit weird but the actual box wasnt damaged and the figure is fantastic. I highly recommend them
