Initially got sent a faulty item but was replaced very quickly, very happy!

The item I ordered arrived in an as expected quality.

The reason I knock a couple of stars off is because it wasn't made clear at the point of purchase that the item could take 3-4 weeks to be dispatched.

I'd ordered the item as a wedding gift a few weeks in advance so luckily it ended up scraping the date I needed it for. I imagine other people in a similar gifting situation could be caught out though.

The figure I ordered didnt come initially but as soon as i contacted support they were quick to apologise and give me a timeline for when I could expect the figure. I have a lot of trust and respect in the customer support for gamersheek and would happily order again as long as they continue to have good CS like this c:

Even with my albeit limited experience with Gamersheek I have to say that I love this company! Waited a long time for a collectible I ordered due to the manufacturer delays, not Gamersheeks fault. Communication in general was extremely quick and helpful. I even received responses late at night to order update emails I had just sent (perfectly happy to wait until the next day for responses btw).

Pricing was the best around and to top it all they had the item a whole month before the competition (benefits of being a Good Smile Company partner I guess).

To add a cherry on top it was shipped Friday afternoon, I was a little disappointed I'd have to wait until after the bank holiday for the item but it was delivered by DPD on a Sunday!

I received courier email updates from Gamersheek themselves throughout the process so I knew it was coming.

Gamersheek are now my first choice for collectibles, assuming they have what I want I won't go anywhere else.

Only wish my parcel had a bit more protection. although it's content arrived undamaged; opening it to only find a few air cushions didn't inspire confidence. 😅

As always, great and clear communication and excellent customer service. Even if there's delays, Sean never fails to keep customers in the loop and when the product arrives, it's sent out ASAP. Cannot recommend enough.

Paid for the Houshou Marine Figure came in a well packed box within 48 hours! Very hapy with my experience with Gamersheek and will be order more from them soon!

Deliveries have been on time and fast! It's so fun to finally have a site that sells nendoroids for cheap that come fast. Amazing! I can't wait for RWBY Rubys and UNDERTALE Sans' nendoroids to come back in stock.

Gamersheek has done it again, fantastic range of products and the website is easy to use. I bought two figures from them which would be impossible to find anywhere else. They then shipped the product out in a matter of a few days.

whilst the item I ordered was altered to a pre-order item Gamersheek were super quick to resolve the issue sending me and alternative product which was available and something i wanted to, super swift dispatch thereafter. My husband was very pleased with his iron studio gift
