Ich habe noch nie so einen Schlechten Kauf getätigt...
Erst sollte ich mich verifizieren, wozu ich keine E-Mail bekam, und musste deshalb den Support kontaktieren. Anschließend bekam ich eine Anleitung, verifizierte mich, und es dauerte fast 24 Stunden, bis ich endlich den Kauf abschließen konnte. Ich bekam also einen Link zu einer Website, wo angeblich meine Gekauften Spiele zu sehen waren, aber dort stand nur irgendein Link zu einer Supportseite, kein Key kein garnichts. Der Support ist auch zum speien teilweise 24h Wartezeit. Ich habe keine Lust mehr hinter meinem Spiel hinterherzurennen und will einfach nur Spielen, und nicht ständig Support Support Support.
Kauft euere Spiele woanders aber nicht bei GamesRocket

Im still waiting after 18 minutes and i still didnt get my code its not poping up

I ordered my game almost 2 weeks ago now and my "order status"is still stuck on "Livekey check", Sent like 4 emails but all of 'em got blantantly ingored.
From what i've read in other people's reviews is that they do this like 90% of the time with their orders.
People that never get their products, people that dont recieve replies to emails, people who get "sketchy" game codes & people that have to go through hell to get a refund !
Its not worth the headache buying from these ppl, so for your own sanity i would recommend you just skip gamesrocket.com and take your business elsewhere !

Unfortunately I have been waiting for the key for hours. Load it on the side and load it. Disappointing

Took about 2.5 days to get my game. Had to send an id shot and everything. Also the last message from support came in german (instead of english). Based on a translation, they seem to have some technical issues with key delivery at the moment.

Absolute tripe. I tried to install the game, no problem. However playing the thing turned out to be a nightmare. I had to download at least 3 other items before I could even click on Play. Even after all this trouble. I kept getting error messages eg: Aegis Physx not initialising. This was after I had already installed Aegis 3 times. Forget it, it won't work, total waste of time and money. I now must request you give me a full refund please. Even if I play the disks, I get the same error messages. Not happy!!!

key kam nach 2 stunden immer noch nicht an

had some trouble they helped out, you might need to wait a bit, just have patience

leider erfolge durch ein technisches problem eine etwas längere wartezeit, aber wurde schnell gelöst ;)
es stand bei meinem produkt eine etwas länger zeit "livekey check" habe den support angeschrieben und mir wurde dieser manuel zugeschickt, also kein problem ;)

Einmal und nie wieder 4 Tage nach paypal Zahlung key erst erhalten trotz sofortige perso veri,da bleibe ich lieber bei mmoga.

Waited a day for my key to find out that the game is sold out. Mail support is basically non-existant and only their Twitter account was kinda helpful. Never again.

PSN Karte relativ schnell erhalten, durch umständliche Verifikation aber nicht so komfortabel wie auf anderen Seiten.

A bit of a Hic up but they quickly settled it.

Bought £90 worth of games and they would not let me claim it. They take too long to reply to customer support and they were very unhelpful with my problem.

I bought a key for blazing sails, but i did not get a code and my order says "livekey check"
