The Games Room Company’s after sales care is second to none. I have a 1950s jukebox that is lovingly looked after and looks and sounds like a dream.

We have had a Wurlitzer One More Time Jukebox for over 40 years. Paul from Games Room came yesterday to carry out a service. He replaced the stylus with a much better product and tweaked the sound. The service itself was painstaking. It sounds amazing. The company is run by enthusiasts and is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended

I’ve recently taken over the stewardship of a 1961 jukebox and have been delighted to have Paul from the Games Room come to service it. 63 years of fairly constant use is bound to take its toll, but Paul’s expertise and total enthusiasm has put it back in excellent working order. It’s a delight to find someone with such passion for what he does.

We are keeping a 60's Juke Box maintained and could never achieve this without The Games Room's experienced and specialised staff. They always go a step further and also very understanding of parking constraints here in central London.

Alexander has worked for me for the past 12 years on various high end projects. I have purchased many pinballs, juke boxes and a few coke machines from him. I found his restorations to be first class and after service second to none. I look forward to working together in the future and have no reservations in recommending his company.

We placed an order back in May 2022 for an air hockey table and a pinball machine. We received the air hockey but not the pinball machine which had to be ordered and was due to be delivery in July, which didn't happen. After a lot of effort initially chasing the delivery of the item we gave up and requested a refund to this day 19.09.24 we have still not received the refund of £8000.

All I can say is DO NOT order from this company, the reason this was ordered was a very sad situation and I can't believe how heartless the owners of the business have been. We kept being promised a call from Alexander but it never happened, he was overseas every single time we called.

Love their showroom, its like a grown ups toy store and with such iconic arcade games, pool tables and everything in between - it takes me back to my youth! The people I've met are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very helpful.

Still waiting on a delivery of a jukebox having paid in full as requested. Approx 20 week leadtime but now it’s been 66 weeks and still no sign. Poor in giving updates and quick enough to take your money. Be aware

My communications with The Games Room staff were exemplary. We bought a Sulpe Evolution football table (which my husband is over the moon about) and I was kept informed of delivery with friendly, polite emails every step of the way. Very happy with our experience of purchasing from The Games Room.

I too had a letter from the liquidators telling me that the company had gone into liquidation and my six month order of a Seeburg jukebox would not be honoured and I would lose my large deposit. I had been chasing for several months for updates and constantly fobbed off. At first I believed them as I knew it would take a while for delivery, but after the delivery time was up I became suspicious. Eventually after ringing the MD I got a call back informing me that it had gone into liquidation. Now I see that they are still trading jukeboxes for sale and the recent reviews below mentions Dawn Adams who I dealt with. If no one has lost out how come my order wasn’t fulfilled through the new company. Trying to hide behind a restructure isn’t really the full story. I’d be interested to see what they say to my review. I have tried to contact the liquidators but they haven’t responded, no surprise I guess! To say we are disappointed is an understatement. I await a response!

We had excellent service. An initial visit to check whether problems were remediable on site, then a stay for the machine in base/hospital. Service is not cheap, but communication, care and culture are all excellent. Friendly and very attentive to detail and follow up.

We had a catostrofic failure of the Rock-Ola jukebox bubbler that we purchased via a company in Bristol. The Games Room were contacted as a recommended trusted source of mechanical knowledge for the jukebox. It has taken time for Mark the technician to visit then diagnose and take away the core of the jukebox for further investigation. The problem(s) were identified and parts ordered. Time was taken by Rock-Ola in America to distribute the required parts. Once everything was received the jukebox was comprhensivly tested over a 2 week period. I am pleased to say everything is working again and the communication from the company (especially Henrietta) has been excellent. My thanks to Mark for his professional manner and technical expertise. A great company
