I was forewarned the delivery of my AMI jukebox shipped over from USA would take a while and it did take a year BUT it's well worth the wait.
On delivery I was able to get advice from Phil about dinking records and how to work the jukebox properly. Labels were fitted and 100 records were dinked and fitted - saved me a lot of trouble.

To Dawn, Phil and everyone else at The Games Room who paved the way for me to have the best present in my life, a hearty thank you. Perfect.

This an updated review following delivery of my pool table.
The sales team are knowledgeable and efficient. The delivery team were prompt, friendly and put the table together without problem, and I have a really nice pool table.
What lets this company down is the bit in-between. Weeks and weeks of chasing trying to get an update on the order normally with emails and calls being just ignored.
This only changed when I wrote my original review and told them I wanted to cancel the order.
So I ended up with the table I wanted but had to endure a terrible customer experience

I have found all of the team to be friendly and helpful. They are very professional and personable and have a wide knowledge of their subject. I would happily recommend them and will use their services again.

The Games Room is a wonderful place to relive a bygone era, with fantastic quality products and wonderful service. The service and sales teams are just awesome, they really go that extra mile to help deliver what you want. The after care is amazing and something that is sorely missed in this day and age. I would like to call out Alexandra, Henrietta, Talia and John for their brilliant help and support and most of all the star of the company Mark a walking encyclopedia of games just brilliant. Dont go anywhere else

Just playing my Rock-Ola Jukebox this morning & thought I'd once again write how much pleasure listening & dancing to the music it's given me, family & friends for the past few years.
So if you're thinking about buying a Jukebox then don't hesitate - you won't be disappointed.
The after care service I've received from the staff at the Games Room Company is great as questions or problems have promptly been addressed.

Dawn is an absolute legend. Nothing was too much trouble. She was engaging and bubbly and always did what she promised. An absolute credit to the company and a benchmark for what customer service really looks and feels like. Thank you Dawn.

Firstly I'd say ... Be patient.
Recently received ( after a bit of a delay ) my Rock-Ola Vinyl 45's deluxe limited edition Jukebox and I must say , it's stunning.
I say be patient because it was made to order and it does take a while.
But ... It is certainly worth the wait.
The quality of the workmanship is amazing, you can tell it's been manufactured by craftsmen and craftswomen who really care about what they're making.
Advise taking a look on Rock-Ola's Instagram account to see the multiple parts being made and how they're made. Some great traditions and fantastic manufacturing skills.
Ordered mine through the Games Room Company (UK).
I know that along the line not everyone has had the same experience , but I can honestly say from start to finish everyone I have had the pleasure in dealing with , from accounts to installation has been excellent.
A special mention though to Ollie who answered my many questions promptly and kept me updated with the progression of my jukebox's manufacture on a regular basis. Thank you.
Before purchasing I spent a reasonable amount of time looking into various different Jukebox types , models and manufacturers and felt Rock-Ola was , in terms of quality and mixing old traditions with modern day technology , the best. I'm really happy with my decision.
There's no corners cut on the quality of the materials.
For mine these pieces are die cast pieces , Walnut pieces and Oak pieces.
I went for the deluxe ( limited edition ) version . Upgraded amp , upgraded Stylus and coin mechanism and again delighted I did. The sound of the vinyl through the speakers is special.
Thank you to all at both Rock-Ola and the Games Room Company for what will in time become a family heirloom.
For those reading this, if you're thinking of getting one yourself I highly recommend you go for it ... You won't regret it , but please remember to be patient.

Awful after sales service. I ordered a Seeburg Wall-O-Matic Jukebox and Space Commander Game Table in early September 2024. They were very slow in responding to questions I had regarding the specifications and operating procedures for these units. Once this was sorted out, we agreed on a delivery date of end of October for both items. This was clearly stated on their invoice (ref. INV-0230), against which I duly paid the 75% deposit. As the date arrived, I was told that the units would not be ready and they requested a two-week extension. I explained that I would be away at that time, so we agreed a delivery date of end of November. After my many emails and phone calls, I was eventually told that both units would be delivered on December 20th. This was important to me as we were expecting guests over Christmas and wanted to have the units in place. However, although they delivered the Jukebox, I was told that there was a fault with the games table. They then offered to provide a lower spec. games table on loan until the Space Commander unit was ready. To date I have still not received what I ordered. I have also had numerous problems with both the Jukebox and the Games table. They did send out a guy to fix the Jukebox but I still do not have the Space Commander as ordered. The latest update is that this will be delivered on 14th March. That is 19 weeks later than the contracted delivery date. What’s worse is the fact that I have to keep chasing them for any kind of update. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a Back In Time WurlitzerJukebox some time ago and waited a long time due to difficulties within the company. Friday it was finally delivered and I can honestly say it was worth the wait. The guys were really helpful setting her up and installed my records. It was a long wait but The Games Room Company came through in the end. Long live Rock n Roll! ⚡️🎶

I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Henrietta for arranging a service on my Jukebox. As promised, Henrietta gave a courtesy call to advise the engineer was 30 minutes away and he arrived within the time scale quoted. Your engineer, Mark is a credit to your company and advised what the issue was & explained what he was doing as the service was carried out. Mark was very knowledgeable in his field. I am most grateful for your wonderful service.
History: I blew my whole life savings on this Jukebox in 2009 when TGRC were in Chertsey. You have no idea just how much joy this amazing Jukebox has given me over the years, and the grandchildren are loving it too! Gillian Malton

I needed a repair to the jukebox I purchased last year, and the Games Room Company organised an engineer to attend very promptly, with all repairs carried out on-site and everything now working like a dream - thank you.

One of the reasons I went with The Games Room Company was their service back-up and it has proven an excellent decision. Today I had an issue with my jukebox that was quickly resolved through a FaceTime call with their engineer. A truly outstanding service giving me confidence that they'll be there to help at any time.
