I asked for a quote on a cease and desist letter and the woman asked what it was regarding and once I told her she made up some lame excuse "The problem is we ain't really doing a cease and desist letters at the moment" My reply was well you need to take it off your website then.

I contacted Gannons in August after seeing their advert for being able to assist with my issue.
After 4 emails and 2 phone calls I eventually get an email TODAY 17 OCTOBER 3 MONTHS after completing the details on line. They now say they don’t have anyone qualified to deal with my issue !
What a complete waste of time. Get your advertising sorted and your lack of response …rubbish customer service …I would not recommend

Gannons (Jason Pradhan) was very quick to respond to my request for assistance in respect of the required independent legal review of my Settlement Agreement; and the whole process from initial contact to formal review of the agreement with me, to sign off was completed in 3 days.
