I'm 50yrs old. I have a mortgage. And apart from that, I've never had to work with a solicitor before.
I have friends in work in Law, including Judges. To be already confident that they don't work with any conflict of interest, so when my Employer suggested to use Gannon Solicitors, I took that advice.

My HR said "They will take you through it all, and we have an existing contract" and they were so right!!

Jason called me to arrange a call to go through it. Not an email, with links to FAQs.
Having a two-way conversation with the person managing this built trust, and he answered questions I had, and didn't even think about, for me to 'not worry about this'.
It's a stressful time right now, and Jason relieved me of all that from thar initial call.

On the actual call itself...It took me 12 mins to fully read the entire document to be prepared.
I had two questions.
Jason again put me at ease at the start of the call. Chatting about things, like you'd do for the first 5 mins of most meetings.
Super comfortable, having a standard norm like that. Plus Jason gave his background, which gave me a chance to have a sip of tea and feel in good hands.

And then, on to business...I felt that I needed to reply back, to confirm understanding. And whilst I was looking at a clock, I felt that Jason had all the time in the world to cover it all.
SUMMARY:
If you're in need for support over a mutually agreeable termination of contract, Jason is an expert!!
