Déja 2 semaines que j'attend d'être livré. Depuis 10jours mon colis est annoncé. Rien ne bouge. J'ai contacté le service par téléphone, ça ne répond pas. Plusieurs mails envoyés, à ce jour sans réponse. Et quand je vois les avis, ça ne me rassure pas du tout. Si j'avais su, je n'aurais pas passé commande.

J'ai envoyé deux premiers messages via le site mais je n'ai reçu aucun retour. J'ai renvoyé un article et aprÚs 7j toujours pas de remboursement. Pas de réel suivi du retour sur la boutique en ligne. Je suis allé dans leur mentions légales où j'ai trouvé une adresse mail. Je leur ai envoyé un 3e mail auquel j'ai reçu une réponse au bout de 2j ouvrés. J'ai reçu mon remboursement mais effectivement ça fait peur de ne pas avoir de réponses, de devoir les contacter plusieurs fois alors je ne recommanderai plus jamais sur ce site.

Erreur de taille sur l'un des articles affiché dans la commande alors que je suis sur d'avoir commandé la bonne taille, et service client inexistant (appelez nous" ne fonctionne pas et le formulaire sur le site web est en erreur... Je vais contacter la répression des fraudes pour leur signaler ce site qui s'appelle une fraude !! Dommage, j'étais un bon client de GAP.

Me devuelven el dinero de una prenda que no recibà y sin darme ninguna explicación. Parece mentira que esta marca trate a sus clientes de esta manera. De pena.

Awful, awful customer service. Not clued in at all. I placed an order twice, in error, within 30 minutes of each other. Sent them an email immediately, asking them to cancel one of them. Got a reply the following day to say they would investigate the matter and come back to me as soon as they could - I had given them ALL the details that they needed, so I couldn't understand why they couldn't act there and then. So that was too late and I received both orders, one 5 days after the other. Returned 3 items to them 4 weeks ago. No refunds yet. Emailed them today with details of the date returned, the order numbers and the tracking numbers. Got a reply (not an automated one) from some lady asking me to send her details of the tracking numbers if the goods were returned more than 15 days ago. She didn't even bother to read the details I had in my email. Now I'm worried that they will not process the refund

Always low in stock .
Twice in a row I have had to send trousers back for a refunds they were not as described . Meant to be skinny fit but were actually very baggy and were in fact bigger and wider in the leg than straight fit trousers I already own. What makes it worse is I usually have to wait months for my size to be available as 90% of the time Gap has only got about half their sizes available! why don't they keep stock up to date and have all sizes available for buyers. I get constant emails with offers but can rarely purchase anything as their stock levels are so low.

Awful service! Firstly delivery takes ages, took about 3 weeks to receive orders recently, and thatâs not an issue with macro shipping issues like evergreenâs or covid etc. Secondly it took a month and a half for them to process a return, for them to follow on with a snotty email telling me my return didnât meet their return guidelines (with no explanation what I did wrong) - I returned it perfectly, did it to a tee, in original packaging folded in the original GAP transportation bag with return labels inside and attached. 15 day return policy is ridiculous too, Iâd hazard a guess it was this that triggered a snotty email since it took GAP 3 weeks to fulfil my order in the first place.
GAP.eu doesn't really care
Parcel didn't arrive and after a few days track&trace was unknown to the courier. First response of customer service on my complaint was standard for anyone who is asking about delay. My response was not so standard: I was really annoyed. They looked into it and the parcel is lost. They promiss to return my refund. Wait and see. Strange I must send them emails. It seems like nobody really cares. Not again.

Absolutely disgusting service. Sent my returns on 24 th November and Royal Mail confirm Gap received them on 27th November. Emailed twice with the same response from Sandra stating 15 working days for refund. It clearly states 5 to 7 working days on website. Never again! Just returned an item to Hush.. In comparison.. Returned on 6th of December and already they're crediting my account
