Plenty help received when ordering, the door arrived, prompt and in perfect condition, Laura Downey of customer services helped me set up the electric operator once installed.

Be vary wary of this companies pricing, been talking about a garage door over the last 10 weeks on and off, due to the build with delays. Go to order the door in question and the price has increased significantly, it was apparently on special offer, even though there is no mention of this on their website or in any emails, to then send out a generic email flyer saying to order your door to beat the 2026 prices, but increase the price anyway beforehand.

I fully appreciate prices can fluctuate in the market, but this is a case of poor advertisement and misleading communication.

I recently had an issue with the paint finish on my garage doors which I purchased 4 years ago. I contacted Garage Doors Online and Laura arranged for the company responsible to send me a touch up paint pen. After sales service is so important if you want to have trust in a company you deal with. So refreshing to experience such great service these days. Highly recommended.

I needed a door for a new garage I was building the guys at garage doors online where very helpful in sorting out the delivery and making sure that I bought exactly what I needed. The new sectional door is fantastic opens and closes very smoothly. A great price and great quality.

Purchased a side-hinged steel door. The delivery lead time was rather long, but delivery was efficient and friendly. The door is well made and dimensions were accurate. The installation instructions were just about adequate. My main issue is that physical security as supplied was poor. Only a 1-star rated euro cylinder was included, which I have replaced at extra cost. I also added top and bottom bolts to the main opening leaf to reinforce it. The second issue is that rain accumulates in the bottom rail and escapes through drain holes onto the floor inside the garage. I had to fabricate baffles to direct the water to the outside. A better solution could be factory fitted for a few pounds extra.

I bought a pair of metal garage doors from GDO in the spring. All good. happy customer. It has recently developed a sticky nylon (?) bolt at the bottom of the door and I contacted GDO customer services about what lubrication they recommended. Keeley not only emailed back straight away with the answer but also promised to get a new/replacement mechanism sent out.
This arrived the next day!
So big thanks to Keeley for super proactive customer service. My GDO garage door now works perfectly again and I'm (still) a happy customer.

Door is fine, construction wise, finish and good value, but let down by a wimpy plastic chain wheel that jumps and misaligns itself too easily.

Got damaged door system opening -unfortunately complain not accepted -saying it was our fault.

Great product,came on time (exact date stated ) ,thoroughly checked measurements before being made . Would highly recommend & will be passing company details to freinds & family. There was only one thing that would of made the fitting slightly easier -some instructions? But we managed lol.

Following from my review of the original order in May, we ran into an issue with a remote on our Hormann Rollmatic T. A quick email to Laura from Garage Doors Online and some follow-up correspondence, and in no time I was back up and running. The post-sales service was exceptional, and I'll be coming back for some more doors when I move again in 2026 for sure!

After some misunderstanding with the width and height of the door required. Laura quickly resolved the problem . Her customer service was excellent, asset to the company.

We bought a set of securoline roll up doors & fitted them ourselves. They stopped working after 2 years but the support from Keely at garagedoorsonline has been brilliant. Simple fix to replace some batteries in the sensor but the speed of response & help has been great.

I had an issue with a Hormann door that purchased from them 2 years ago. Laura in customer service was exceptional as she managed to resolve the issue with the support of Hormann.

Dealing with this company was a pleasure. Following their advice, I was able to select a Hormann panel door from their standard sizes. They gave accurate clearance dimensions, down to the mm. After a local quote for supply and fitting, I ordered through Gatagedoorsonline, saving around £2000 and fitting the door myself, which with the excellent video from Hofmann was straight forward. I was kept up to date on the delivery (which was shorter than expected) with the driver phoning me 4 days before and on the morning of delivery. He was very helpful, an excellent ambassador for garage doors online. Door operating beautifully with the remote fob. Mr T

Great customer service. The helped pick and expain how to measure the doors. The quality was really good. Highly recommend. They were also quick to respond to any questions I had. Always had an email respone with in a day or so or even quicker. Would highly recommend.

I was not sure everything was there when the kit arrived. The delivery driver assured me that all of the parts were included in the 2 boxes.
The dark grey aluminum roller door was easily installed (following the instructions and you tube guides) single handed with only a bit of help required feeding the door over the roller and into the guides. A second pair of hands would have helped even if it’s just to make tea.
It is a small size though at about 2.1 x 2.1m.
In all it took about 5 days with my ok DIY skills. I had to fix brickwork piers and replace the old 2x4” entrance timber beam with a 2x8” one to attach to and support the top box. Probably could have fitted within a day with a sound suitable structure and studying the instructions better beforehand.

The process from measuring up to ordering the doors was straightforward and easy to understand. The delivery was excellent and turned up when promised. The doors themselves were also excellent and fitted easily. All in, this was a good experience.

I have used this company many times now, because of their consistent high customer service , competitive pricing and after sales service.
