Our new gate has been delivered today and looks great value & quality. appreciate the delivery was delayed due to Covid but we got there in the end and Garden Oasis kept me updated and have apologised for the response times initially, again another outcome of Covid.

Hoping my review may trigger a response as I am still waiting for an update on my delivery that should have arrived last Monday (3rd August). Appreciate it is a challenging time and to be fair when I have chased up the delivery of our gate, I have had an update but am worried now as no replies to my emails and no phone lines available to speak to someone. Please can you either confirm I will get my gate or give me a full refund. Lisa

I have had an update from them now and hopefully the gate will be delivered this week. They were very apologetic and explained the cause of the delay.

I explained the situation to Customer Services and despite the difficult circumstances of a pandemic everything was done to speed delivery to me as I felt unsafe on my own property. Unfortunately the delivery was intercepted and refused "by a neighbour" (!) but Rebecca Molland of Customer Services took very great care to ensure that a replacement came to me immediately without any delay or neighbour interference. (A very nice gate it is too!) I really cannot commend Rebecca's professionalism and efficiency enough - furthermore I felt very personally supported by her kindness at a time when I am so stressed by my current situation with this neighbour that I am liable to burst into tears at any moment. I whole-heartedly recommend this company.

My delivery took a mere four days from order acknowledgement. I am very pleased with my Cotswold stripe recliner. It is so comfortable and good value and I would recommend the product and company to anyone. Thank you Garden Oasis!

Very pleased with this company i rate it 10 out 10 for efficiency and would say best company i dealt with during the pandemic. From start to finish i was kept informed on the status of my order and my goods came very quickly. Very happy with my table cover and parasol.

We ordered a permanent gazebo. I was worried as the price was better than elsewhere and the product looked amazing online.
It arrived quicker than we expected, was easier to build than we thought and the gazebo is amazing. All our friends and family were impressed with it.
I emailed the company once and they responded really quickly.
We have used it a lot over the past 2 weeks and so glad we purchased through them.

Garden Oasis recently supplied me a metal mortice lock garden gate.

I ordered a small bistro table and chairs set (raffles acacia bistro set). The order was not in stock but should be available on 15 July or there abouts - it duly arrived on 15 July. Amazing quality and value for money. Unfortunately one of the cushions arrived with a mark but immediately replaced without any problem. A very pleasant shopping experience and great customer service from Mike.

Ordered 2 cotswold leaf garden recliner chairs on Tuesday evening. They were delivered on Thursday 10.am. Excellent quality. Even nicer that I expected.Really nice colour,and thick cushioning.Very satsified with service. Found ordering process tricky.

I ordered a greenhouse online and it arrived three days later. Excellent service from Garden Oasis, I am very impressed.

Shambolic. I ordered a garden umbrella on 13 June. I understood that due to Covid there would be a possible 2 week delay but was okay with it.
After 2 weeks and no umbrella I contacted them by email to be told after a few days that it had been delivered...which it had not.
Eventually told that it had been sent to the wrong address and that another would be sent out.
2 days later, after chasing again, I get told that one will not be delivered.
Would be wary ordering from this company again as frankly their service is atrocious and shambolic.

I placed an order for two garden chairs on Tuesday 30 June, to be delivered to Edinburgh. I mentioned in the order that the chairs were for a couple having a Golden Wedding Anniversary four days later, on Saturday 4 July. Privately, I thought that there was next to no chance that the chairs could possibly be delivered on time - even in normal circumstances. I was delighted to hear from the couple that the chairs arrived on their big day. Many thanks!

We purchased a built to order powder coated steel railing which was a good quality and within a reasonable delivery window. I'd just like to applaud the high quality service provided by Karen throughout, which was first rate. Not only was she patient with my changes to specification pre order and manufacture, but was excellent and highly responsive when dealing with delivery problems with the external courier and remedying a problem caused by the courier which damaged one item. We all moan about poor service and should be ready to recognise the opposite when it is received. Thanks again (we may be back for a gate to match when we can afford it!)

"Well Done" to all at Garden Oasis. Purchased a tall metal gate on Monday 22nd June, delivered on Friday 26th June. Which considering the situation in the country at the moment, is brilliant, Would recommend this company to everyone. Congratulations to all.

Very impressed with products and customer service experience was excellent. Especially under the restrictions of Coronavirus! Our gates were very good quality & a small mistake in hinges was quickly rectified & followed up. A professional company to deal with - well done Garden Oasis.
