The gate I ordered arrived 2 days after being despatched. The gate was well packed and came with all fittings and easy installation instructions. The gate was made extremely well. I would highly recommend Garden Oasis.

The service was second to none absolutely fantastic, ordered the start of the week by the end of the week I had my gates , kept in touch all the way through delivery, amazing service will definitely recommend you with confidence thanks again guys😃

The order was placed well in advance to allow ample time for the stated delivery time, as it was part of a job some fitters we booked to carry out. Unfortunately, we have not received this order on time. I emailed and called the company and left a message, to no avail due to short staffing, so I called again and was told by a lovely lady that the company has no control over their chosen courier service. The courier service did not respond either, so I wanted to let other customers know to allow a significant amount of time (weeks) for delivery if using this company.

I ordered the products from Garden Oasis, and they were delivered on time. I didn’t check all the items immediately, and after leaving the package open for a while, we noticed that a handle was missing (which may have been our mistake).
We contacted Garden Oasis, who were very understanding and promptly arranged for a replacement handle to be sent.
Excellent customer service and a professional, helpful response. I would highly recommend Garden Oasis.

Bought a gate, arrived sooner than expected,well packaged, sound construction,looks great and easy to fit with a bit of common sense and basic tools ie. Hammer, screwdriver, spirit level, SDS and battery drill.

Garden oasis are a great family run company, from sales to dispatch, every part of my order was delivered with fantastic efficiency. 1 of my items was damaged in transit and my replacement was delivered within 3 day's. Best company I have every ordered from

Great company and Karen couldn’t do enough to help. I had a problem with my order in that the incorrect item was delivered but Karen couldn’t have done anymore to rectify the problem. Issues happen but this is where great companies shine. Would highly recommend and definitely use again

Incredible company, incredible product.
Wow this company is a breath of fresh air from the very beginning to the very end, wow, proper customer service.
I wanted an aluminium gate but was unsure if I had got the correct sizes. Called a lovely lady at customer services who in turn told me exactly what I needed to complete the perfect installation, put my mind at complete ease straight away, fantastic.
2 weeks later, delivery day, and my new gate was delivered by a really lovely happy chap and in absolutely pristine condition, not a single defect anywhere and 3 days later me and a friend took about 3 hrs to fit it, wow.
Wow is the only way I can describe the engineering (I am a qualified aircraft engineer), the quality and the sheer beauty of this gate, it really does take your breath away and you seriously cant help but smile like a Cheshire cat every time you look at it.
This gives your property serious kerb appeal and it will 110% no doubt, whatsoever, add value to your home

A great experience, a helpful, knowledgeable chap at Shenstone explained and took the time to give us all the help we needed in choosing our side gate. No sales pressure, just a friendly advice and guidance. Delivery was free and arrived within 3 days to my door. An all around start to finish brilliant service in addition the product was fair priced and fabulous quality. Well done to everyone involved at Garden Oasis. !

Ordered a picnic table which was delivered yesterday by courier on a pallet. For others who might not know what a “pallet delivery” is this means you get the pallet delivered too and hold responsibility for disposing of it later. I was unfamiliar with this term as I’ve never ordered something this large before. Hope this helps someone else. The quality of the product is excellent.

Ordered side gate but there was an issue which the lady karen sheen sorted quickly and efficiently we corresponded through email, the gate is now in place and looks absolutely amazing well made and worth every penny and should last for years thank you garden oasis.

Ordered an garden umbrella. Delivered today after exactly 4 days as promised. I did not realise DX were delivering it. The message from them said my order was from Leisurebench so I assumed that message was a scam. I ordered from Garden Oasis not Leisurebench. This totally confused me. Anyway it was delivered safely and is just in the process of being erected.

I recently purchased a side entrance gate from Garden Oasis.
My side entrance measurements weren’t straightforward so needed to ring to see what help and advice and I could get as really liked the selection of side entrance gates they had to offer on their web page.

From the moment I spoke to the customer service team I received such an amazing, professional service.

They went through everything to allow me to get the exact size needed and also gave me the option of getting my side gate modified to allow me to have a better fit.
(Slight charge for the modification but well worth it to have a better fit if your entrance size is in between standard sizes of gates supplied?

I had to wait a little longer for delivery as it was now being altered/modified but this was also explained before I purchased it so there was no issues there.

The gate was delivered in the time frame given and was packaged really well to protect it.
Upon opening the gate and checking the modification it was perfect and to the exact measurements given at time of the order so we were very happy with all this.

The Gate also comes with paper instructions to fit but also Garden Oasis supply a video on their web page showing installation so we found this very helpful too.

Did have a couple of minor issues when installing the new gate as it comes with a few parts required to complete installation. Sadly one or two of these were missing or faulty.
(Didn’t stop us installing gate but needed to sort to finish the job.)

I spoke to a lovely lady at Garden Oasis called Jayne Molland.
I explained the issues and she got straight in touch with the suppliers and got the issue rectified. The new parts we sent out straight away.
The manufacturer was great as I had all my new bits and some extras as spares too.
