Avoid. Stuck on "On its way" since August 10th with zero tracking or communication.
I placed an order (Order #6350) for replacement Stone Island badges on August 5th. On August 10th, the status was updated to "On its way," but no Royal Mail tracking number was provided. It has now been 4 days since that update, and the tracking remains completely blank.I have attempted to resolve this directly by emailing customer support and sending direct messages on WhatsApp, but my correspondence is being entirely ignored.It appears a shipping label was printed to make the order look fulfilled on the system, but the items have not actually been passed to the courier. It’s looks like I’ll be forced to escalate this as a formal dispute through my bank for non-delivery of goods.

UPDATE (15th August): Following my original review and bank dispute, the merchant finally messaged me on WhatsApp. Instead of providing the missing Royal Mail tracking number for an order placed on 5th August, he displayed an incredibly petulant and unprofessional tone. When confronted with the 10-day shipping delay, he tried to shift the blame, text projection, and arrogantly sent a petty text saying "Thought so." When I firmly reminded him that he still has not produced a single shred of tracking evidence, he flipped into a panic, spamming my phone with defensive essays asking "Why would I scam you" and bringing up his 5-star ratings. Pure childish drama. No real professional speaks to a customer like this. He completely admitted his failure to ship the items by refusing to provide a postal receipt. Avoid this bedroom operation at all costs
Don’t be surprised if they reply to this review with some nonsense like ‘This review is not indicative of our business or customer experience’

Hi, I have reviewed what you have written against everything we have already said to you and a lot of this doesn’t match up. Firstly, it looks like you’re using trustpilot to leave a review with a false name. Your badges were posted to you and a tracking email was sent. You then emailed us on a Friday at 22:45 demanding a response as to where your badges were. Before we could even respond, you had then started ringing up and saying you are opening a chargeback case. I explained to you that your email hadn’t been picked up due to it being out of our office hours. We work nine till five Monday to Friday as do most places, there is nobody in the office over the weekend to respond to any emails or queries and they are all responded to on the next working day. I tried to find a solution with yourself and you said no it doesn’t matter. I will just do a chargeback… keep your badges.
To this date I have no charge back from yourself and also you have not replied to multiple messages we have sent, instead you have resorted to leaving a review with a false name. Which makes me believe that what we said was true the badges were delayed by a couple of days and you have now received them hence the no contact and hence the no chargeback.
It is a shame that you’ve had to leave this review on our trustpilot, especially when we try to resolve this issue with you, but you wasn’t having any of it.
Stunning Jacket, Amazing Customer Service!
The folks who work at Garmz Factory are the best. I ordered a stunning jacket, that came in its original box. However because I am international they were having issues shipping it to me. Jack personally reached out to me to resolve the issue and got the package on the way. When the jacket arrived, it was exactly as described, and is a very unique piece for my collection. Thanks so much!
