Feel like i have been completely scammed by Garmz Factory as i purchased a jacket for £216.00 from there website it was seemingly posted via royal mail on Thursday the 7th it is now Wednesday the 13th and according to the tracking via royal mail the royal mail are still expecting the parcel and so i reached out to the company and got what i expected as they said they definitely have posted the item, so my question to them is well if you have genuinely posted it why is the jacket i purchased from you up for sale on ebay? EBAY ITEM NUMBER 389755752880 that is the exact jacket i purchased from you and so i was asked if i wanted to wait on the jacket or get a refund i told them yesterday i want a refund as right now i feel 100% scammed by this company so beware

Hi there, I can see that our office manager has tried to contact you on numerous occasions by phone, text and email and you have stated that you are ‘too busy to answer’. You placed an order which had been fulfilled and tracking was then sent to your email. Your item had been lost in transit and a refund had been processed on May 9th. Again our office manager tried to call you this morning and you have since blocked the number. In terms of eBay as we have explained on email, voice notes and left a voicemail, our eBay and website are not linked together so sometimes we sell items on the website and they aren’t automatically knocked out of stock on eBay. Especially items that we’ve had for awhile as is the case with this item, that is just a human error. We find your review extremely slanderous and damaging to a business like ourselves who run solely on word of mouth and our positive feedback. There was nothing we could’ve done in terms of your parcel going missing you was provided the tracking number and unfortunately when it’s in Royal Mail‘s hands, we have no control. You were refunded within 24 hours of me finding out that the parcel was missing but still have gone out your way to post this review. We are sorry that you were not happy with your experience but calling us scammers is un called for and hugely false.

Firstly, Stone Island sizing is notoriously inconsistent, so pit‑to‑pit measurements are essential for every piece. Garmz Factory go a step further: not only do they provide the exact P2P measurement, they also state which size the item most closely aligns with. When you’re trying to nail the right fit, that level of detail is a game‑changer.
I also ended up speaking with Jack over WhatsApp, and he genuinely went out of his way to help me choose the right overshirt. I had my heart set on the red weft but was unsure about the sizing. He had a blue weft in the next size up and explained that this particular model runs small. Even though the red was the pricier option, he still advised me to go for the blue because it would fit better. He was absolutely spot on, the fit is perfect.
I’ll admit I was slightly hesitant about buying from here at first, mainly because other sellers tend to overstate the condition of their items. This one was listed as “excellent,” and they weren’t exaggerating. If I didn’t know better, I’d have assumed it was brand new. No overestimating here, if anything, they’re modest with their descriptions.
The shirt was posted first thing Monday and arrived Tuesday. With prices this fair and service this solid, it definitely won’t be my last purchase.
