I got towels (cotton linen blend). The are great. Soft yet very absorbent. I love the products.

Really poor communication in shipping of my order. Other companies do a far better job!

Package delivered as expected. The coat was, indeed, heavier than I thought, just as some reviewers said. I thought I’d like the shoulder pads but find they are a little bulky. I debated between the small and medium, and ordered the medium. As a pear shape, the coat fits a bit wide on top but closes around my hips.

I was very disappointed when I had to return an item for credit. The color was very unflattering. So much so, I didn’t even try it on. I received a credit but it showed an amount $25 less than the purchase price. That meant I received a credit for only 82% of my purchase. This seems an excessive cost to try out one item. I will think hard before purchasing online again. Since there isn’t a physical store nearby, it is likely they have lost a customer.

If you're going to invest in quality pillows, then get quality pillow covers to protect them. I really like the GH pillow protectors. I buy the gusset pair for our pillows, because they fit down pillows and foam pillows. They wash well with no shrinkage. The zipper is of good quality. The pillow case slips over the pillow protector/pillow easily. And most of all, they protect the underlying pillow.

some items missized, material mistakes

I had to return for a smaller size. This was a very easy process and the sweater is just wonderful. It is boxy and a bit heavier than I would have thought but perfect for keeping the chill out.

I bought a beautiful jumpsuit. It was huge. I needed a petit which was not an option. Return was easy.

Flannel sheets and duvet cover are not only gorgeous but so comfy. My son and daughter-in-law got to try out the new bedding recently and both of them loved it.
