Anything I purchase I know will last and be enjoyed for a long time. I appreciate the ease of ordering and security of knowing my purchases are coming and will arrive safely and in great condition.

I’ve ordered twice lately and both times I’ve been delighted with the offerings/options, the ease of ordering, prompt delivery and oh yes! I absolutely LOVE the organic cotton percale sheet sets! The golden bumblebees and the gray/black field of sheep - each set has made a wonderful addition to the decor of our guest bedroom! Soft right out of the dryer, great fit; both make ideal bed-making and sleeping. Winners for me!

Product is great lovely linen sheets and pillow cases. I chose the dusty pink. Packed well but delivery was a little slow and delivery communications not very helpful. As in none!
However love Garnet Hill selections and quality.

The coat I ordered was as described and the website was easy to navigate. The shipment came promptly.

Always receive quality items and in a timely manner. Prices are a little high so always shop the sales and have never been disappointed.

Shipping and ordering great. Return process smooth. I just wish I was not returning. Fabric beautiful, but I wear a size 2 and was huge, more like a size 6

Love Garnet Hill. I’ve never ordered a product that wasn’t exactly what I saw in the catalog and good quality.
Both rugs are beautiful and the bedding is top quality.

Item did not arrive on time for my trip en though I ordered next day

There is difficulty in retrieving accurate shipping information. Tracking numbers are given but can’t be accessed. Complete order history is unavailable due to systems update.

Not sure why I paid $147.69 for a dress that said free exchanges and when I needed a smaller size, was only credited $131.24 and then charged $131.24 for the new one.
That is not an even exchange. Might as well have just returned it with the restock fee.

The rug, in sage, was as depicted online. Delivery was faster than expected. Very happy with purchase.

Helpful staff who made the process easy. And my shoes came sooner than expected so that’s great! Thank you
