I have had a great experience with Garnet Hill!!! There products are quality made. I have ordered sheets and blankets and have been very satisfied with them. Garnet Hill does not disappoint!!!

I think the clothing from Garnet Hill is truly exceptional. The fabrics are great, fit well and come in great colors. I recommend their products wholeheartedly.

I have yet to receive this order, which shipped 2 weeks ago.

I purchased an extra set of pillowcases for the linen sheet set I had just recently bought. The problem had nothing to do with the extra cases or the original sheet set, which is quite beautiful, only the 2-day shipping that wasn’t 2-day. GH did make it right and refunded the extra that was paid. Because the first purchase of the set and then the extra cases were so close I’m not sure which this request for a review was supposed be. Helpfulness of customer service agent equal 4 star service. Pre-pandemic Garnet Hill was a 5 star experience, but has cut back on the hours that one can reach a customer service agent and it takes longer to process returns.

I ordered the turtle printed queen sheet set. I love the printed sheets-this is my second set. My only beef is that they wrinkle a lot once washed.

I ordered thousands of dollars from Garnet Hill. Only a few items did not fit so I returned them, but customer service was awful. I am not sure I will do business again with Garnet Hill.

Cashmere is beautiful. Styles are unique. I'd like more basic, classic styles in their cashmere. I have a conservative job and the majority of Garnet Hill styles aren't suitable for my work. I do love wearing Garnet Hill cashmere for home, casual, or date night wear.

Easy return fast delivery customer service excellent love your company

I’ve been a GH fan for decades…..from clothes, shoes, and of course bedding. Over the years with aging and life style changes, I probably don’t buy as many clothes, but I still look and “fantasize”. (But I do still buy bedding and home).
I feel the store may have been taken over by another company….things are just different. Most importantly of all, they no longer offer measurements.
That was a HUGE offering. Size charts are useless.
So far I’m still happy with the bedding/home, etc. But I won’t be bothering checking out clothing any longer.

Ordering was easy and person was helpful. I got my merchandise in timely manner. I love my shell and sweater and I have already worn it many times.

The shipping is very very delayed eventhough the item is in stock.
