We're really pleased to hear you were happy with the service from Gateway2Lease, but we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration caused by the lack of communication around your delivery. We completely agree — when you've ordered a vehicle, especially one listed as ‘in stock’, you shouldn't be left guessing when it might arrive. It’s definitely not the experience we aim to provide.

We’ll be sharing your comments with the supplying dealership, as we’re always looking to improve and ensure our supplier partners meet the standards we and our customers expect.
